老年人的话这两个地方都玩得到，不需要减，只是冰川里面很多很漂亮的hiking trail
可能不能走很远了。黄石内的景点都很容易了。
大概的计划可以这样，
20住bozman
21从黄石北门进，玩mammoth hot spring,然后顺路南下，晚上住old faithful inn或
者mammoth inn
22主要看间歇泉在geyser basin哪个区域，个人认为这是黄石最有特色的区域。晚上住
canyon village或者old faithful inn
23号走公园的东侧，看黄石峡谷，瀑布，mud volcano，晚上住canyan village或者
mammoth inn
24号，把剩下没走的东北部roosevelt tower区域看看，然后出公园北门走287，转2号
上90west，晚上住butte或者missoula
25号进glacier的西门玩麦当劳湖，然后走going to the sun road，在顶端logan pass
有一些trail，你可以根据时间选择，晚上住st mary或者many glacier区域
