我怕你们不理解PSTN，简单说就是用电话的网络进行网络传说。以前的猫就是过那个网
络的。
猫是modulation，现在大家也用猫，是cable 猫，或者adsl，用filter或者splitter。
电话网络运营维护成本很高，现在早就可以data，voice合并了，而且大公司
headquarters和brach的intranet技术不要太多，但是PSTN仍然保留，就是稳定性的需
求。就是backup的需求。 |

plied for the CSP card after that. The banker helper me call for getting a i
nstant results, but still got rejected because I opened too many cards (15)
in the past two years. So this still could be a highly YMMV strtegy.
BTW: I applied for the marriott 70k card right after I arrive at work, and g
ot approved for 15k cl without any problems after a call, which is my highe

Some got crappy systems and your order never got executed within the time
frame that you perfer.
Some dont even have enough stock/ETF for you to short.
Some dont let you do pre/after-market.
Some have the local braches where you can go sit down and have a nice chat
with ppl.
For me, none of them is really the same. |
