是每次都要做标准曲线吗？那也太麻烦了吧
我们实验室的做法：167ul的BioRad的bradford溶液 加833ul水，混好加1ul稀释的样品
，用空白的样品调零，595nm测得的读数，每0.06算1ug／ul。读数最好不低于0.1，不
高于0.6, 高了就稀释样品。
这个误差是不是很大啊？一直对这个protocol不放心，不过大家都是这么测的。

我看biorad的instruction manual给出了bsa和IgG的标准曲线啊 |

Homedepot Rheem 也是只有6年。所以就换了sears的, 是12年的。
So far so good.
本来想找原来的plumber换，但是他们说必须先付$75才能过来看要花多少钱。Sears就
比较简单。我也就图省事了。
我家的水也是软化过的，去年还flush了一次，里面很干净，本来以为还可以用很多年，
没想到今年就坏了。虽然听说Bradford 好像是个好一点的牌子，但是我实在是找不到
任何理由再用它。 |

感觉应该用mol/L吧，因为sample蛋白和standard蛋白每mg中含的蛋白量不一样啊 |

昨天发现Water Heater下面漏水。Water Heater是Bradford White 50 gal. Natural
Gas
的。保修期去年刚过。因为漏水，现在很急。打了几个电话，说可能是tank漏了。如果

棍一样，Luck比他重15 lbs，而且速度更快。另一方面Bradford大学主要是spread
offense，Luck绝对的pro offense，适应NFL只会更快。传球准确度上，两个人差不多
。气质上，我觉得Luck也比Bradford好不少。 |
