If you do not contact Brad, your automatic delivery market price is $3.89/

于政治活动的骨干分子里，又有一半是支持民主党的。而且就是大方向一致的华人中，
又是四分五裂的。所以，这里能涉及到的可能不到千分之一。

第一！华人要拼命地生孩子，发展人口，这是根本大计；凡是在生育年龄的同胞要努力
加油啊。
第二，“好钢用在刀刃上”，要发挥“四两拨千斤”的战略策略。

就拿我所居住的JC(JohnsCreek City of Atlanta/GA)为例。总人口约八万五千。亚裔

伊拉克局势石油价格高达１０７美元了，所以团购价很难比３。３９更好了。 跟BRAD
说了他表示现在很难再降价了， 能否再降个５分,１毛的三周后看石油价格形势再说。

不知道大家怎么想，不过我觉得红队是渐入佳境了，队伍的构成开始走向合理。Kelly
和 Brad 都已经通过实战证明了自己，Brad 和别人虽然不和，但这似乎激发了Brad的
斗志，开始露峥嵘了。
现在的红队，除了那个老黑和那个玩杂耍的似乎水平欠佳外，Kelly 和 Brad 挑头，和
Brad过不去的兄弟居中，应该不错。

很多人都听说过这样的统计：95%的股民赔钱（也有人说90%，或者80%）。似乎没有人
知道这个说法来自何处，它好像是凭空杜撰，又好像是一个古老的谚语，时间久了，人
们就信以为真。
加州大学的两位教授，Brad Barber和Terry Odean，在2000年4月发表了一份研究报告
，该报告统计了一家折扣证券交易商的66,465位客户从1991年至1996年的所有交易记录
。其统计 数字显示，业余投资者作为一个整体，其投资回报率低于大盘指数。其中，
投资回报率最低的是占总数20%的交易最频繁的账户。
交易手续费是投资回报率较低的主要原因，此外还有买入/卖出差价的损失。有意思的
是，即使忽略交易费用，这些频繁交易者仍然没有大盘指数的回报高。

楼售楼处被砸的新闻恍然大悟。 他们可能都是对的。
房产商给出３。３９团购价， 保证是最低本楼盘最低价， 如果给别的团降价则自动
MATCH。 还主动给REFERRAL。 帮他宣传纯属无心插柳。
忽见极品女３。２９小广告， （见上楼）。 很好啊， 大家都可以MATCH， 对俺找人
有利无害。 打电话给房产商要求MATCH， 房产商＂果断否定＂有这等事情， 称小广告
不准确， 给本团的最低团购价依然有效， 所谓３。２９成交量为零。
极品女大闹哭冤， 称俺为卖高价油＂通过房产商＂逼她删帖。继续称为了不让房产商
难做人， 大家＂悄悄话＂通过她拿３。２９DEAL。
其实从利益分析不难看出俺没有让她删帖动机。 她能搞出２。０团购价只会高兴， 因
为MATCH后更多人会加入拿好DEAL。
在商业健全社会， 不管你自己是不是活雷锋， 鼓励或逼迫他人违背商业协定不算高尚
行为。极品女所作所为已经严重打击了房产商信誉， 虽然可能还没有事实违约因为房

我家不烧油，但这和，比如说，滑雪组团去拿group rate的道理一样。我每年都沾那些
组织者的光，出头的人拿不拿那几张free的票我都不介意。拿的话，那是他辛苦了应该
的，无可厚非。不拿，和大家平摊票价，我等懒人当然更加感激涕零。
这不是生死相拼的阶级斗争，不要过于personal、过于意气用事,有精力有本事去拉更
大的团，把什么白人、黑人、黄人、不黑不白的人都拉过去，拿到更低的价，甚至取代
你们那个BRAD的位置才是正道。互相拆台、互相诅咒不符合我们华人社区的共同利益。
俺希望华人里有更多的象你们这样的人去出头，这样我们华人社区会有更多便利。
这整个事件我觉得henry用在华人社区看到的敏感的价格信息简单直接地去找那个BRAD
argue缺乏技巧，你这样做很有可能破坏少数民族的好事。少数民族呢又过于得理不让
人有些不好。
大家能不能平心静气想个两全其美的办法把这个内斗变成斗外（那个BRAD）？ |
