有快20篇了。其中有cell, neuron, Journal of neuroscience, PNAS 好多篇。
而且他
1995年就回国了，那个时候国内的环境有多差不用说了吧。这也快20年了。比饶益
2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果
他一直留在国外，成就未必就比饶差。谁把饶益的文章列一列。国内多少篇，总共多少
篇，培养了多少中国学生？

生说很确定是颅咽管瘤", I thought they saw the typical presentations of it
because 颅咽管瘤 is so distinct on MRI scans. 颅咽管瘤 in children have
large cysts in >99% cases whereas infratentorial gliomas rarely show cystic
changes before radiation therapy. 颅咽管瘤 can encroach into the brainstem
but the epicenter is outside the brainstem.
Intracranial choriocarcinomas are very rare. But as HCG was significantly

is usually operable. please upload MRI images (preferred format: DICOM).
the unfortunate thing is that there are almost no neurosurgeons in China
that can operate on brainstems in small children. but you can find such
neurosurgeons pretty easily in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Japan.

challenging to diagnose.
a few questions:
1. age? gender?
2. do you take any medicines, nutritional supplements, special food etc.?
3. do you have any known diseases?
4. ask your family doctor to evaluate your nutritional status (whether you
are deficient of certain elements, such as Zinc.)
5. ask a physician or dentist to evaluate your salivation and oral cavity,
including whether there are any gum or dental diseases.

听力检查的英文是Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR)。检查时需要孩子保持安静，
所以经常会给孩子一些镇静的药。检查本身对大脑没有任何损害，它可以分辨出是听觉
通路上的哪个环节出了问题而导致的耳聋。如果不是听觉神经的问题，电子耳蜗是一个
很好的治疗手段，美国这边的电子耳蜗治疗比较成熟了，你可以咨询你的儿医。
总之，听力损伤在幼儿中是不少见的，你要尽快配合医生的检查治疗，不要错过了孩子

我知道本版不适合发这种贴子，但是看到同学小孩实在可怜，就想能不能请大牛们给点
建议，万分感谢.我同学总结了很长，大家可以直接看结论和他的问题。不知道这个治
疗起来小孩可以恢复到什么程度？有必要考虑来美国治疗吗？ 国内国外技术相差多大？
小孩出生时发现右耳道闭锁;
出生后3天,进行听力筛查(OAE,耳声发射 OAE otoacoustic emission), 右耳因为闭锁
无法测试,左耳测试没用通过
出生后一个月,带宝宝去华西检查,专家通过外观和耳镜检查说左边耳朵是好的,并通过
击掌,发现宝宝在熟睡的状态下,听到掌声会睁开眼睛,专家说按照他的经验,她能听到,
应该没有问题
宝宝约5个多月,到华西再次进行听力测试,耳声发射OAE和声导抗测试, 左耳还是没有通
过测试,医生说可能有耳屎

先是耳镜（otoscope），观察鼓膜（tympanic membrane）外观。
然后是tympanometry测量鼓膜功能。
通过以上两个测试，基本上可以诊断中耳功能以及是否有中耳炎。
然后是ABR （auditory brainstem response）和DPOAE（distortion product
otoacoustic emissions）。
ABR是测听力神经的功能，一般来说ABR正常听力就没多大问题。但是这个会测不同的频
率，有可能测试会发现被测试者在某些特定频率的表现不是很好，他在这个特定的频率
有听力丧失。像老年人的听力问题就是这样的，他们不是全听不见，而是听不见特定频
率的声音。但是耳朵对不同频率的灵敏度也不一样，临床上应该有相应的标准。
DPOAE是测量内耳听力细胞（hair cell）功能的，更具体点是测外毛细胞的功能。这个
测试也会测不同的频率，正常人应该很少会有这方面的问题。有先天性疾病的儿童，像

朋友的孩子听力有问题。我听说后，有点担心自己的孩子，我觉得有时候叫他他不应。

结果痛苦的经历开始了。
医生测了筛查那个，说没有问题。又给测了一个机器放声音，孩子举手的测试。孩子配

筛查都过了。
但是三天后医院来电话，让回去复查。我就匆忙约了家庭医生。家庭医生看了之后说，

或者high-pitched sounds（such as "s" or "th"）就没啥反应。 现在医生建议要做
brainstem auditory evoked response（BAER），不过这个要麻醉的。 我很纠结。
版上如果有类似经历的爸爸妈妈能给点有用的信息吗？比如哪家医院好（我现在只知道
summit的overlook有，其他的就不知道了），能不能不麻醉？
一想到女儿的将来的生活要依靠助听器，那忍了很久的眼泪怎么也止不住，
怀孕的时候正好是税季，每周都是超过60小时的工作时间和出差，压力大了，有时还和
老公不愉快；真希望时光可以倒流，让我能从头来过，因为今天无论我们做什么，都弥
补不了孩子的缺失了。一声叹息！

neocortex，比如说stress/risk response，反过来neocortex又可以影响这些respons

The 4th ventricle is not well visualized. Suspicious high density in
the posterior cranial fossa. No obvious dilation or expansion of the
rest ventricles, cisterns or sulcus. No midline deviation. No obvious

"有的大夫说伤后一年半出现后遗症": Don't know about that. 后遗症 is
determined by the brain injury not the time.
"脑干有点变小了" only means brain atrophy after the trauma.
Insomnia can be seen in post traumatic brain syndrome. It could be a sign
of anxiety and depression so I would suggest to try him on some
antidepressants plus sleep aids, like melatonin, benadryl,or even ambien.
It has little to do with brainstem injury. Brain injury is done and live

FPGA+K-Team的KHEPERA I.
后来玩过一下BrainStem的东西,就是和Palm或者PPC连一起的3个轮子的东西.最后玩的
是Evolution Robotics的ER-1
摸过一下Mindstorm,但没用过.
