在版上买了一个chase total checking 送200的coupon,
在线申请发现ZIP CODE不能申请,就随便编了一个地址,觉得反正是online banking,
结果最后一步必须选debit card,没办法硬着头皮也得confirm.
后来成功注册了,进去之后发现可以改地址,就改了现在的地址,
结果第二天,账户就进不去了,
打电话说是可疑账户,必须60天带证件去chase的branch验证才行,
NND, 最近的分行离我也7,80公里.坑爹啊,老子还没车,要去就得坐火车.而且注册时候
还扣了我25
元第一个月的费用.

了。几乎没有一张顺利拿到的卡顺利开成的户，RP就这么不行么我……总体来说折腾得
还算有成果吧，不枉费我打的几十个电话跑的数次银行……期间在版上咨询了很多问题
，获益匪浅，现在来写篇自己的经历回报版上，给新拿到SSN想申卡的新人们参考一下
吧。当然，YMMV。
结果：Chase开户$310，ING开户$76，Citi Forward 10000pts，Chase Freedom
10000pts，Discover Escape 25000miles，BoA 123 no bonus（气死了……下面会说为
啥）。
失败：AMEX SPG，BoA Secured Credit Card转FIA AMEX。

今天莫名其妙的收到chase的信，说他们现在必须跟我终止客户关系
也就是说我的checking account会被close，而且无法终生无法恢复（whole life）
落款是chase loss prevention,真是搞不懂，我的账户都用了好多年了
有人遇到过这样的情况吗？如何waive掉这个？
打了一圈客服电话，第一个说是上个月我提取了7000块，我自己的钱为啥不能取了？
第二个说没有理由，这是他们银行的权利。
第三个说让我去branch，找personal banker
有懂行的，或者成功解决这个问题的兄弟现身说说我该怎么办？
一夜起来，突然发现帖子被顶了100多，感谢各位大哥大姐大爷大婶。我的case是这样

月初没弄明白是不是hard pull，就稀里糊涂开了一个，结果两周都没收到welcome kit
，我以为寄丢了打电话去问，打了好几次都说管这个的部门已经关门了，后来终于搞明
白这个尊贵的部门只有周一到周五9：30am-5pm上班，后来好不容易和这个部门的客服
说上话，结果说是在网上e-sign了就什么都不用寄了。。我去年买了个表啊！不用寄给
我发邮件说7-10天welcome kit会到是什么意思？我说那行你把我的账号告诉我，没账
号不能sign up online banking，结果客服说电话不安全，要我去local branch找他们
要，我说这尼玛是什么事啊，我在网上开还得去local branch要账号，结果那sb客服支
支吾吾什么都说不出来，说不能邮寄welcome kit，也不能电话里说，也不能email，只
能去local branch。。我说是不是每个人都这样，他还是说不出个所以然。没办法，不
能白搭一个hard pull，还是去了branch，结果branch manager说这个不能给你，你得

Chase 在branch收费$45 online转收费$40 但限额较低$25000
Citi 在branch收费$45 online转收费$35 限额$50000
中间行：

branch把CSR下了。
有什么机场推荐吗？离我最近的chase在隔壁州，80~100 miles了，不太划算。
这个一般最多4~5个小时就能办完吧，到时候再买个国内机票直接飞回去。（此外，绝
版的ink plus branch还能办吗？以前从未办过biz，in branch需不需要提供什么证明
？）
机场附近有银行branch的概率还是有的吧，两个不矛盾，大家有没有什么奇葩DP，住的
附近的机场有chase branch的。
或者有能够不到场给查prequalify申卡的华人（或其他）banker有木有，帮他创造业绩
啊，看wells fargo就知道了，信用卡这东西比checking松吧，偷偷把ID传真给他也行

Card 和密码会分开寄过来。嗯，这是正常步骤。
Welcome letter 很快就寄过来了。但 debit card 过了 20 天还没影。于是打电话去
问。被告知 debit card 不会自动寄，要去 branch 申请。当时就觉得有点不对。网页
上说会自动寄的啊。
LD 于是去 branch 申请了，我比较懒，还没去。
LD 的 debit card 很快寄过来了，看来去 branch 申请还是有效的。
但再过了几天，我和 LD 同时收到 email，说我们各自的 debit card 已经寄出了，还
给出了最后四位卡号。LD的卡号和收到那张不同。我根本没有去 branch 申请，也寄出
了。
这么说来，根本不需要去 branch 申请的。 |

首先，要说这两种攻击都是非常聪明、非常赞的！读这两个idea，让人眼前一亮，有如
醍醐灌顶！
话说从头，在大约60年代的时候，IBM发明了一个让CPU跑得更快的技术，叫做out of
order (OOO) execution。过了几十年了，这个东东大概还是处理器设计里面最复杂、
最tricky的那一块。
OOO有一个加强版叫做branch prediction。这次发现的两个漏洞里，有一个用了OOO，
另一个用了branch prediction。
OOO可以在不提高频率的前提下，让单线程的程序跑得更快，但是代价是成本高（占用
大片芯片面积）耗电多。
因为成本的原因，过去只有高大上的处理器才用得起OOO。IBM很贵的main frame在60年
代就用了。叉86要到90年代才上Superscala，大概是486的时候才用上OOO，branch
prediction要奔腾才有。ARM大概是最近两年才有的OOO。

基金会（SOS China Education Fund）。二十多年前，我们刚刚踏出国门。当时的中国
有很多贫困落后的地方，还有很多孩子因为交不起学费而上不了学。二十年来，中国经
济发展地很快。自2005开始，由于政府“两免一补”（“免杂费、免书本费、逐步补助
寄宿生生活费”）的不断落实，把农村的教育提升到了一个新的台阶，“上不起学”的
问题已在很大程度上得到改善。OCEF的发展方向也由此发生了转变。以前，我们都是以

一个客户有多条业务线，每条业务线的组织结构都类似，是district->area->branch的
树状结构。 要求实现相似的功能：每个branch都有相同的一堆问题，每个问题有不同
的算分方法。
这样可算出该branch的某个时间段（月，季，年）的问题的得分，然后会根据业务线的
树状组织结构层层网上统计，并图形化展示。
我想设计一个抽象的业务线模块。这样每来一个需求，可以输入一些参数并很快产生一
个具体的业务线。
该抽象业务模块里包含几个抽象的子模块：一个tree model, 用来生成用户的组织结构
图； 一个question model, 用来输入该业务线的问题集和每个问题的算分方法；
一个response model,用于存储每个branch原始的问题答案
一个score model，用来存储每个branch的各个问题分数和统计的district, area的分
数。
因为每条业务线的问题集是不一样的，组织结构也不一样。
这样的抽象业务线模型该怎么实现呢？ |
