。branford我也不熟，以前找房子时去过，学区比旁边的guilford稍差一点，但也还不
错。尤其小学没有很大区别。其他都很好，海滩很好，社区很友好，购物也方便，
playgrounds也不错，房价也不高，房税也便宜。如果很在意学区，可以在guilford买
房，就在branford隔壁，高速上就差两三个出口。在branford买房也不错，我认识人刚
在那里买。我买房子时没用realtor，是自己在realtor.com上看房子的，看中以后用卖
房的agent做dual agent。我看房子碰到的几个realtors都不错，现在也不记得他们的
名字了。你可以先在realtor.com上看看。租房我就一点不知道了，没在那里租过。 |

里哇凉哇凉的。那一带感觉好荒啊。有没有可能在Branford上班，但是住在靠近
Stamford这边，一来离纽约近，二来工作多些以后我也好找工作？或者其他靠近纽约的
地方，只要单程commute不超过一小时就行了。Branford，new haven那边的房子单个看
也有不错的，但为什么都象在山里一样？那一带路也很窄。南康这边哪里有稍微新一些
的成片的小区？学区暂时不用考虑，治安好就行啦。康州的朋友给出点主意吧，先谢了

房税是mill rate*assessment value/1000，woodbridge的assessment value偏高，似
乎是县政府征税高。比如我看的几个3000平方英尺的新房子，woodbridge的房税都在$
12000以上，branford和guilford都在7000-8000左右。

近很多coyote，比较恐怖。邻居大妈还是带了一只大狗出去的，说看见一群，吓坏了。
和我妈说别往那边走。地点就在Branford的北部，靠近湖。提醒大家如果在那部分活动
要注意安全。
