能“止”于“观”；能在极其放松中，通过某些精细的目标保持觉知。
他的局限性在于，虽似有禅定力，但实不知如何修而取得智慧的突破，比如明了见性
，破能所，等。 |

入定的时候在心念较粗的时候是有可能有昏沉现象的，当我觉知昏沉，发现自己失去正念
的时候，我会＂观＂昏沉，而不是立刻回头观业处。如果回头观业处，前面功夫就废了，
等于从头来过。这正是我能一路深入下去的原因。
当深入进去的时候，正念会变得稳定，时时觉知当下，此时＂昏沉＂这种念头较粗的现象
已经被排除在了＂当下＂之外，即便有，也意识不到了。 |

述清晰度，我觉得没有人综合实力强于bravery。Pupp是经常能初禅的，实证没问题，
但他说不出清楚什么，说不清楚实修中遇到过什么问题，又是怎么克服的。

专注和精神放松，其实就是修行中的精进心和出离心，古人翻译的太雅致了，反而让后人
不好理解。
专注是专注业处的感受，比如我常用的禅修方法，观息，就专注于鼻下人中穴处，呼吸吹
动它的感觉。所谓专注，所谓精进心，就是始终要尝试更细腻准确的体验它的感受，从最
初只是感受有没有呼吸吹过人中产生的风，到感受风的长短、冷热、滑涩、粗细，最后一
直细腻准确到无法用语言形容的程度。
放松，也就是出离心，就是一种无所谓，不在乎，爱怎么样就怎么样的态度。感受无论是
什么样的，都无所谓，它是什么样就是什么样，不去做任何调整。观息一开始有风，就是
有风，没风就是没风。如果因为没感受到风而加重呼吸，从而变得有了风，这就没了出离
心，就定不进去了。或者中间感觉呼吸滞涩，就尝试调整呼吸让它变得顺滑，这也是失去
了出离心，反而会失去感受呼吸顺滑还是滞涩的能力。
当然，如果放松太过，精进心弱了，不再专注，也一样会失去业处的感受。

我猜你的修法可能在“一门深入”、“置心一处”方面有些问题。
一门深入、置心一处，都是世尊教法。
所谓一门深入，并不是单修一个特定的法门的意思（圆觉经里二十五种清净法轮就有
世尊多种法门杂修的教法），而是说具体一次禅修，要在眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意六
个根门中选一个来体验、感受，不要管其他的根门。比如我修的观息，就是从身根入
，体验身体的知觉——也就是触觉，具体讲就是鼻下人中穴处的触觉。念佛法门如果
是默念，就是从意根入，体验意识深处对佛号的知觉；如果念出声，就是从耳根入，
感受听到佛号的知觉，即所谓的观音法门——观察声音的法门。具体一次修行中，同
时观察多个根门，比如既要感觉意根——意识中的佛号，又要感觉身根——身体的知
觉，这就不是一门深入了，就会定不进去。我在修观息法的时候，深入到一定地步后
，除了身根之外，其他根门的感觉都会丧失，眼看不见东西（连闭眼所见的黑都见不

念粗的时候，只有呼气的某一瞬间才有感觉，其他时间都没有感觉。
但只要专注的定进去，念头就会逐渐变细，慢慢吸气的时候也会在某一瞬间有感觉。
然后心念继续变细，吸气、呼气时瞬间的感觉都会慢慢延长， 从瞬间的一点感觉，变
成一
段时间的感觉。再然后，呼和吸的感觉会接续在一起，中间不再有没感觉的时间段儿，
这就
是在观全息了。
这里面的要点就是不能分心，一旦分心，心念就没法继续变的细微了。
这里的不能分心，指的是只能专注在气息吹动业处的感觉上（这个感觉就是“息”），
不要
去关注其他。在一开始，只需要专注于这个感觉有还是没有即可。像你这样去感觉自己
是不
是在呼吸，自己的身体是不是需要呼吸，这就是分心。感觉自己是在呼气，还是在吸气

也是在分心。这种分心一开始是无法避免的，这时需要自己明确的知道这是在分心，仔
细的
观察整个分心的过程，以及心念慢慢自己回到专注于“息”的过程。注意让一切过程都

我在一家上市的互联网公司，现在能比较清楚的感受这种压力。早先是有问题的给你公

文章称，为了震慑FBI员工的不当行为，FBI向工作人员公布了内部纪律季度报告，正是
这份报告详细描述了FBI员工是如何行事、违反纪律规定的。
FBI助理局长坎迪斯（Candice）在接受采访时说：“我们公布季度报告旨在告诉职员，
FBI为员工提供黑莓手机为了更好的工作，不是给员工传裸照提供便利。”
内部纪律季度报告显示，从2010年到2012年，FBI已经对违反规定的1045名员工给予纪
