Anyway, I went to New York on New Year 's day( against the crowd) and I found
very cool Jazz Bar. It is
called " Zinc Bar" at the corner of Laguorida place in greenwich village. I

出好价了。
下午找了个floor contractor，全换普通red oak 3/4" X 3 1/4"的地板是14K. 如果上
brazalian cherry wood就肯定要25K以上， 因为还需要把屋子原有的一部分hardwood
给换了。
做完floor,窗户，trim这些东西都要换。 就怕钱花了，力出了，最后弄搞的得不偿失。 |

发帖数: 404 | 8 我们找的 lumber liquidator. 选的是brazalian cherry. 农村除了lowes, home
depot, 只有lumber liquidator. 如果在老中多的地方，可以去中国人开的店看看，价
格会便宜些。另外实木地板适合subfloor 是wood的，如果是水泥的，工程木更好。 |
