从生物学意义上来说,每个column的和表示的是一个基因家族在某个condition 的表达,

，是系里的要求，不是你老板的要求，这一点系里的小蜜足够回答得了你的全部疑问，
你老板只负责research部分，至于你能否毕业获取学位，是系里说了算，也就是小蜜说
了算。老板只能管辖你research的那部分。
1，工作几年以后的，当作新人来对待。全部重新开始。
2，Courses work 根据各个学校各个系，自己来定，多少学分算够,分成几类
1）core courses
2) courses in depth （有些高端专业课只限于PhD参加的）
3) courses in breadth
各个学校各个系要求不一样， top 1的热门专业对breadth要求很高。记得至少两个跨
系的而且满足一定学分量的，不是选一门seminars上课打个瞌睡的那种课时。有些
breadth requirement会给划出有基础课的，那就累多了。
4）定量的weekly seminars一直持续到你毕业
每周至少一次，记住了，至少，通常是每周两到三次左右

top-coder的递归解法本质上是depth-first-search，遍历搜索空间所有的节点，
再比较叶子节点的高度，取最小值。而breadth-first-search可以直接找到高度
最小的叶子节点，而避免遍历整个搜索空间。
另外，topcoder解答中的memoization，在breadth-first-search里面也可以很容易
的实现。

实际上从某个角度看，这个比 cantor diagonal argument 还要大，因为 leaf node

外出旅游一周，昨天回来。上上周五，发帖判断大盘走势平稳，但qqq有下跌的倾向。
现在回顾上一周股市的实际走势，一周前的判断大体正确。
上周四个交易日，大盘基本上是在高位横盘，只是在年末最后一天，spx下跌0.5%，收
在13天均线上。领涨板块xli，xlb继续沿8天线上爬，xlf下跌0.7%，拖累大盘，但收盘
在20天均线上（见图）。另一方面，breadth指数bpspx继续保持在高位，没有显示任何
spx要下跌的迹象。这些指标暗示，上周五的下跌可能是年末的锁利行为。新年后第一
天开盘spx大幅下跌的可能性不大。
和大盘比，qqq走势稍弱一点。已经回踩20天均线。但breadth指数同样表现强劲（见图

如果A和B相邻，那么A和B之间有一条边相连，假如B是1，那么从A到B的边weight就是1
，否则weight是0，所以最基本的想法就是dijkstra
不过这个是可以优化成breadth first search的，如果知道一个值为1的点的最短路径
，那么从这个点出发BFS/DFS可以到达的所有0的点其实跟这个点的最短路径是一样的，
所以可以直接把这些点放到queue里面就行了，breadth first search的当前queue里面
是当前最短路径的所有点，这样一层一层遍历就行。时间复杂度O(n)，n是矩阵的大小 |
