capital structure起家，1984年JF paper率先提出来pecking order theory。曾经来
我们学校present过和LJ合写的R square paper. 老当益壮啊，声音很洪亮，一点看不
出老来，对学生很有耐心，超nice,对faculty很不耐烦，hoho
对了，他跟Richard Brealey, Franklin Allen合写的《Principles of Corporate
Finance》那也是经典教材 |

可是听人说Ross, Westerfield and Jordan也很不错，但是没时间仔细看了
犹豫中。。。 |
