到医院的帐单里, 这样保险就cover了, 回答说不行.
问过OB, 她说自己她是在target的买的.
问过保险公司(bcbs),给了几个medical equipment supplier的电话号码, 可是打过去
一问人家都不卖breast pump, 都是一些卖轮椅, 氧气瓶之类的. |

看大部分的朋友都推荐medela的， 跟medela的比起来，不知道avent这个好不好用。
主要是今天amazon mom发来一个30%off的code，这个avent的现在sales价格是165，再
加30%off，折扣下来才115刀， 感觉比medela的要便宜不少哦。
还有就是， 我是全职在家，不知道到底需要不需要买泵奶器， 主要是因为这个code
10月2日就过期了， 所以等不到我宝宝出生就得决定要不要买，现在很纠结也~~请大伙

1. 是买手动还是电动，买什么牌子的：
我的Plan是明确说cover电动的，但没说牌子。我在edgepark的网站上也没有找到
medela，后来打电话过去问的时候客服跟我说有medela的，而且只有市面上有的model,
他们都可以提供，后来才挑了freestyle。我当时担心保险不会cover这么贵的pump,担
心自己还要掏一部分钱。后来的事实证明，如果自己要付一些费用，Edgepark不会在你
付之前寄奶泵给你的。所以，万一有什么问题，最坏的情况就是取消order就是了。
2. 生小孩之前还是之后买pump： 这个取决于保险公司和supplier，还是自己打电话过
去问最靠谱，当然可能不同的客服给的回复会不一样。我的经验是，如果碰到某个特别
好的客服，什么都说可以，一定要把她的名字记下来。这样下次再打电话，相当于有一
个reference。
3. 8月1号之前买的是否可以reinburse: 我的理解是不可以，因为保险公司不会那么实
诚。还有一个原因是，我们自己从市场上买的价格比保险公司付给supplier的高多了。

因为可以全职在家，打算胸喂，但是又不知道自己是草牛还是大奶牛，一直很纠结于需
不需要买breast pump的问题。
买电动的还是手动的。
好的电动的也不便宜，怕到时用不上，浪费了。
手动的吧，万一奶水不好，手动的似乎买了就没用处了。

breast pump, which is a hospital grade breast pump. I did not know whether

每次打电话都是给一个长窜的provider list（一百多个呢），让我挨个打电话问。
大了好些个，但是这些provider都是提供什么轮椅乱七八糟的设备的，要不就是只提供
whole sale
breast pump的，没有retail的。
昨天VBAC顺产了八磅9盎司的老二，产经稍后几天上。现在头疼的是这个泵奶器。
有谁知道是如何claim的吗? |

要泵奶再买，但也有很多朋友说要提前买好。
另外，打电话问了保险公司，说可以100%cover 一个breast pump，但是需要ob的处方
，并且在他们指定的网站购买，他们指定了四家，分别是careponth medical，
betterlivingnow，aftertagfall，whitesellpharmacy
查了一下很confused，似乎和流行的牌子不一样，不知到有妈妈们买个的吗，哪一种好
？如果要买的话，具体怎么操作？
是生之前先去找ob开处方再买吗？

neccessarity, 比如premature birth,etc. 而且还要OB要证明他们才给hospital
grade breast pump for a short period of time. No personal breast pump is
covered. 郁闷。 |

I had experience last year that I had big lump in my left breast for two
weeks during my breast feeding. They just disappeared by itself sometime
later. So don't worry and it is very important to relax. |

people believe the estrogen in soybeans would increase the risk of breast cancer
(simply because it's estrogen) while other people think not - their argument
is the estrogen in soybeans is plant estrogen which has a similiar
structure to animal estrogen (what you get for eating beef for example) but
just similiar and not the same. And of course there are many benefits for
eating soybeans.

whose has spread to lymph nodes.
By the way, Caucacian has higher mutation rate in brca2. Its mutations have
strong predisposition in breast cancer. Asian have much lower mutations in
the gene. Surely hormones, diet and life style are also risks.

我在那儿呆了三个月, 可以说天天在看在摸breasts. 因为跟的教授是主看乳腺癌的,很
有名的一个专家, 同时也看一些淋巴癌,也要看一些良性乳房病,象有分泌物被家庭医生
送过来进一步确诊的, 有些最后被发现是癌症, 大部分没问题. 你也可以想想罗, 病人
96% 都是女的.因为这个医院在一个下层黑人和西班牙人为主的区, 所以美女不多, 但
是隔三差五的总有几个.还有一些是从曼哈顿的癌症中心转过来的, 因为一些clinical
trial 只有这个中心有,这一批美女的几率就大一点.在我眼里, 每个病人无论外貌如何
,都是一个独特有趣的故事, 都有着丰富的内心世界，都值得我好好阅读.但是大家都喜
欢美女的故事，所以我就重点讲几个漂亮的。
有那么几个病人就像刻在脑子里一样, 抹也抹不去了…

，lung metastasis 被抑制，但细胞生长不受影响。
我这个基因在 breast cancer cell 里面 knockout 后，lung metastasis 几乎完全被
抑制。但同时，细胞生长也受到抑制。请问这种情况下，是不是得先考虑细胞生长对
metastasis的影响？
