胸喂的时候吃两口就不吃了，那说明你的奶阵来之前，她就吐出奶头了，等于没吃到什
么奶，所以她才大哭大闹。这主要是她习惯奶瓶的冲劲了，不费什么力气，不用等，就
可以大口的喝奶。而胸喂呢，头10几秒-半分钟，其实可能都吸不到什么东西的，但是
奶阵一来，马上冲的不得了。
建议你试一下medela的contact nipple shield，我之前是因为乳头总疼不能胸喂买的
这个，在你的case里这个可以当做是奶嘴，这样小孩以为自己吸的是奶瓶，也许就会耐
心些，多等上10几秒，然后奶阵就来了。
这样喂上几天后，白天你精神头大的时候，再尝试纯粹的胸喂，不用shield，晚上太累
了，可以还继续用，然后没两天，你宝宝可能就适应纯胸喂，有耐心了。
另外就是，你breastfeed的时候，不要傻抱着她，腾出一只手来，帮着挤奶，这样奶冲
一些，小孩喝得爽了，自然就不会吐出奶头哭闹要吃奶瓶了。

我之前都打算放弃breastfeed了，准备pump到底了。
后来这里有看到别的帖子提了这个东西，google了一下，当天就跑到babiesrus买去了
，等不及amazon第二天邮寄了。买回来就用了，几乎是一点痛感都没有了。
后来大概用了一个星期吧，就摘了，现在是完全传统的正宗的胸喂啦！就是，55555，
每次宝宝刚咬上去的几口，还是疼的，吸上几口之后，可能是宝宝自己把位置调整好了
吧，就不疼了。但是不管怎么说，这种短暂的疼还是可以endure的，这样胸喂半年我还
是可以坚持的。
ps，我的乳晕不疼，就是乳头最尖处那里疼，到现在，穿衣服磨擦到或者手碰到还是疼
的，尽管伤口早就在我用nipple shiled之前就愈合了。后来我又买了nipple shell,出
门的时候带，这样穿衣服的时候，就不怕衣服磨擦乳头了。 |

few days, then reduce another feeding. It took me about one month to

发帖数: 387 | 24 公公婆婆来帮忙，现在我还在休假，大部分时间是我自己带。只有在玩的时候我把娃抱下去大家一
块玩。除此，其他哄睡，睡觉，breastfeed全部都是我自己搞。我一直希望帮娃建立标准的作息，
娃现在是8-9，上午（1-2h），下午（1.5-2h），傍晚（45min）各一个nap。我一般不让娃超过2
小时active，避免overtired。另外，娃上午和下午的nap都在30-40分钟时会醒，我需要pat
20-30分钟他能继续睡个30-40分钟。
我公公婆婆的观点是，这么小的娃（3个月）不需要太规律的作息，而且他们似乎没有娃不能超过
2hour醒的window的概念，有时候他们逗娃玩3，4个小时都不放睡（娃也不争气，有时候累了还没
有sigh）。另外，他们每天会出去散步上午，下午各1次。除此以外，我也不好要求让公婆每天像我
一样，在nap中间pat个30分钟。
请问大家是怎么和公公婆婆沟通的？

working moms, pumping is a good way to help them continue providing breast
milk to their babies.
I always pump at work and breastfeed my baby when I am home. I always work
late hours. Fortunately I have some forzon milk so that my baby would always

My older son got same problem when he's born. His number is very high 21-22.
Make sure to feed him formula instead of breast milk. Because poo can help
him reduce number. I made mistake that time and insist to breastfeed. But my
milk came four days after delivery. An experienced nurse helped me out.

sleep. They also gave him bath everyday. If the new mom wants to breastfeed

3小时后估计力气用完了，终于睡了，看着哭得泪花话的小脸，妈妈难过死了。
重要的是，我到现在都无法判断她是不是因为长牙才这么fussy。囧
这两天她鼻子老是有奇怪的声音，好像塞住了呼吸不畅，吸了又吸不出什么东西。白天
没事就咬嘴唇，吸舌头。刚打了电话给儿医，等回复中上来求助一下！ |
