老鼠的大侠们在老鼠KO 模型里看到类似表型的时候多不多？搜了好几个基因，相关KO
老鼠都没有类似intellectual disability的描述，只有一个算是提到了“learning
deficit”
不知道是大家不会很关心小鼠的智力问题，还是in bred小鼠本来就智力不咋样，还是
咋搞的？ |

for half a year with several chimeras. I only got one pup that carried the
mutant. That line has since been used by several labs and serveral papers,
including one Nature, and one Nature Medicine, have been published. One the
other hand, I had another line which I could never get germline transmission
. I had to retarget it. |
