本来以为自己很“蛋腚”，可O这几个月的出手，让咱坐不住了。在亢奋地看着PD推进

感觉还是有一段路要走。当然，其间的变数很多，SO的数量，ICC的查处，3012，PERM
递上去后来被裁的等等。我们只能期盼这些都朝好的方向走。
我觉得，目前的移民制度是一套“操蛋的好制度”。说是“操蛋”，是让申请人（尤其
是中印申请人）经历很多折磨、等待、无助，有的程序按我们理解，简直是荒谬。可不
得不说，这也是“好”的制度，对于普通美国人来说，基本上程序上保障了他们的利益
，政客们也有摆得上台面的解释。
从移民局最近的动作看，也还不错。消化掉07大潮后，步伐明显加快。跟哪个国家的官
僚打交道，都得有耐心。何况，毕竟老美的国会、白宫和移民局都有渠道多多少少听些
意见。再有，EB23们很多“罪”并不是遭在移民局，而是自己的公司和单位，以及律师

这起前微软英国高级主管之一西蒙·尼古斯（Simon Negus）针对老东家的诉讼里提到
，微软英国公司高级经理们经常对同事性骚扰，女性高管们经常吵得不可开交，在混乱
的聚会上高管们喝醉之后仍然不限量供应着伏特加酒。这听起来完全像是上世纪80年代
的事情。

所谓的底层优化对于大众用户而言并不关心，所谓的功能变化对于不使用的用户来说也是聊胜于无，大众用户最关心的反而是兼容性、视觉效果这些看上去很虚却真正影响使用的东西。

到几条大鱼。其实骑士队的失败不在于过去7年，除了詹姆斯以外没有搞来好球员，真

好看。哪位看过的老大解释解释？Gonzaga以腿功见长，当年也是一脚
挂掉Cro Cop的主。这次比赛在Schaub的快拳面前基本上施展
不出腿法。难道真是传说中的唯快不破？那不是等UFC的奖金够高了，那
些真正牛B的拳击手肯参加比赛了，说不定能称霸UFC？另外Gonzaga
好歹也是柔术紫带还是黑带，但是几次试着扑倒Schaub，都被Schaub
用标准的防守动作化解了，看来那个黑带含金量不高啊。 |
