党派。有security clearance，甚至是Top SC的人有很多。因为有这个，所以工资一般
要比普通同等的工作高不少。像类似brennan的人，如果是做一些security consulting
之类的工作，SC是很重要。
SC其实是个个人的qualification。总统虽然有权利取消任何人的SC（somewhat
debatable），但是在没有确定人家有违反规定的情况下就取消，多少有点滥用权力的
问题。我以为保守派的人一般对这种问题都很敏感才对？
另外，你偷偷的把Comey的例子放在里面其实不是很合适。人家是从公家单位去了Hedge
fund，跟SC没有什么关系。 |

其中年度“百万富翁”占到3成多。
白宫2011年有“公务员”454名，其中年薪超过100,000的有141名。2011年，白宫工资
总额为37,121,463美元。白宫2011年平均工资为82,000美元。而2010年，白宫职员有
469名，工资总额为38,796,307美元，平均工资水平为83,000美元。
这份报告没有包含奥巴马总统和拜登副总统年薪条目。俩人年薪按照美国法律由国会规
定。自1995年，白宫需向国会递交一份白宫内部工作人员头衔及薪水的报告，这也符合
奥巴马总统所承诺的政府透明度。

个在选股竞赛中怎么算？本届我是选了short IRE的，是不是目前我的20%盈利实际是0%
左右？我查了一下网上的背景情况，是在5月19日当天或以前买IRE股票的有rights，在
扩股宣布后买的没有，也就是说本届选股竞赛开始时，即6月1日，扩股的影响已经
priced in了。那么谁应该受这个影响，我认为是上届选股竞赛的选IRE的ID，最终股价
应该加上$1.03，long的成绩应该上涨，short的成绩应该下降，比如第一名abbabb空
IRE 75%，实际成绩应该是大概17.3%, 应该排在第二位，其他名列前茅的dzry67,jelty
成绩都有显著下降。具体怎么处理，听download的。

我来写一篇OU的分析。先从进攻说起：
qb： Landry Jones，这是他的第三年。第一年，仓促上阵替bradford，有过单场６个

【多维新闻】白宫7月1日下午在其网站公布了向国会递交的2011年白宫雇员年薪报告。
其中年度“百万富翁”占到3成多。
白宫2011年有“公务员”454名，其中年薪超过100,000的有141名。2011年，白宫工资
总额为37,121,463美元。白宫2011年平均工资为82,000美元。而2010年，白宫职员有
469名，工资总额为38,796,307美元，平均工资水平为83,000美元。
这份报告没有包含奥巴马总统和拜登副总统年薪条目。俩人年薪按照美国法律由国会规
定。自1995年，白宫需向国会递交一份白宫内部工作人员头衔及薪水的报告，这也符合
奥巴马总统所承诺的政府透明度。
2009年，奥巴马总统的年薪是400,000美元，拜登副总统的年薪是227,300美元。根据法
律，副总统、众议院议长和首席大法官的工资相同。
