总结了一下过去5周的跑步，共132.6公里，平均26.5公里每周。而密码前的同期只跑了
71公里，只有14公里每周。这样子推断芝麻至少应该PR才对。

There's a serious problem with this small flower/vege bed!
It will damage your house!!
Did you notice your bricks were actually wet when you watered the soil bed?
When there's a sustained rain, the rain water can seep into your house to
cause flooding.
To fix:
1. remove the soil that's in contact with the bricks. Leave a gap that's at
least 4-6in, and make sure the soil in the gap is lower than your foundation.
2. also move your landscaping blocks to also leave some opening. When it

in fact other than some original bricks including the images, the gate was

做外墙的一些经验。
从外墙的材质上讲，美国的住宅房屋外墙分几类：brick，stucco, wood，fiber
cement，vinyl，aluminum，和panel。其中的stucco应该翻译为外墙水泥，这和楼主所
说的清水混凝土区别很大，我下面会慢慢提到。在美国除了60到70年代的一些建筑，我
很少见到里里外外都是清水混凝土的房子。
先说说siding的结构。大家都知道美国的房子都是frame的结构，要么是水泥结构，要
么是钢结构，最多的是木结构。房屋的内墙很简单，就是在frame上钉好drywall然后上
漆。但是除非你打开过房屋的外墙，否则你很想象外墙比内墙复杂的多。从里到外，首
先是一层复合木sheathing，第二层是大张的塑料膜（house wrap），第三层可以是大
块的泡沫塑料隔热板（但不是必须），最外面才是看的见的外墙siding。
在材料的选用上，讲究很多，有的政府甚至规定frame最下层的木（watertable）必须

我一直以为我是中国人，所以当我hs senior yr, winter break回国的时候，我感到特

而不单单是一种解饱的方式。那次从 中国回来以后，我就想如果我和国内的社会已经
是格格不入的话，并且可能已经算不上是一个正宗的天津人的话，那我只能是美国人。
但上了大学以后，虽然在高 中，我和我的大学roommate关系还算不错，但当我们真的
生活在一个屋檐下的时候，我发现美国人的很多做事方式让我似乎也难以接受。那么我
就想如果中 国社会已经离我远去，而美国人的生活我又不能完全接受的话，那么我到

， fireplace 里砖墙上也是湿的， 还有点水往下滴。找了个contractor花了350 把
flash seal 了一下， 把chimney crown 也修了。 但是上个星期下大雨时发现问题还
在。 call contractor back， 他check 了一下flash seal 和crown repair， 他说那
儿是好的。自己到attic上 check 了一下roof 没发现问题 。
所以他现在怀疑其它的两个原因：
1） 是brick 太porous， 所以一下大雨就soak 了好多water， 说spray water

it's for atom N330+3 wd green, very stable, never shutdown
i installed (glued) an antec 80mm 3-speed fan on the original PSU position (
to cover the hole). and taped the brick inside the case. picopsu just
attached to mobo. the picopsu came with 1*4-pin molex, 1*sata, 1*floppy
molex. i added a Y-shape molex->2*sata. so all output are used perfectly (
floppy molex is for IDE<->CF).
