TRUE FROSH QB在NFL球场、6万观众面前交出一份让人满意、更让人期待明天的答卷。
22/31、278 YARD、2个TD、2个INT。TD的2个都是长传，全部是HIT THE WR IN STRIDE
，包括一些短传，很多都恰好传在WR跑动线路的步点上，这是前面近10年来PSU的QB所
做不到的。说明HACK的确具有明星POCKET PASSER的潜质。
这场球看下来，我对PSU QB的位置有了很大的信心，在O'BRIEN的指导下，HACK应该能
打出来。作为一个18岁刚从高中毕业的TRUE FRESHMAN，他具有一个顶级QB需要的所有
特质：力量、冷静、准确性、洞察力、POCKET PRESENCE，尤其是最后一点让人欣喜。

上SCANDAL，JOE PA被FIRE；2013的CLASS遇上NCAA SANCTION；2014的CLASS遇上O'
BRIEN跳槽，FRANKLIN加盟。在这样的非正常情况下，评价CLASS的好坏多了不少变数。
刚签完的这个CLASS，考虑各种情况，我认为可以打A。如果能留住HOLLEY，或者挖来
NICHOLSON这样的孩子，就可以打A+了。具体分析如下：
1、人招满了。这是我认为今年的CLASS最成功的地方。由于受罚，我狮人员奇缺，2013
赛季SPECIAL TEAM全都是WALK-ON，TALENT差距太大，根本没法搞。所以今年足足把25
个名额（20个名额 + 5个EARLY ENROLL，没用GRAY SHIRT）用满是非常关键的，能够尽
可能快的弥补人员的缺口，整体提升DEPTH。
2、补充了我狮目前最大一短板，就是防守后场TALENT和速度匮乏。防守后场包括两个
DB和两个SAFETY，人数很多。而目前我狮的队伍里，我个人认为只有2-3个人够得上BIG

2011年底到2012年初，O'BRIEN走马上任的时候，我狮面临着严重的SANCTION，奖学金
数量只有15个，在这种情况下，对队伍现状的分析和判断就变得极其重要，哪里是强项
，哪里是短板，一定要搞清楚，这样才能有的放矢的发奖学金。
O'BRIEN经过认真的观察分析，明确指出：我狮的后场（包括两个CB位置和两个S位置）
TALENT极度缺乏。正所谓英雄所见略同，FRANKLIN上任后也经过认真的观察分析，再次
明确指出，我狮的后场是个大问题。
所以说，我狮的后场确实是个大问题。
能够1对1吃死对方WR的CB通常是ELITE ATHLETE。看看整个球队，身材最好、速度最快
、HIP最灵活、转身最迅速、反应最敏捷的，通常都是后场。两个CB往往都是快马，两

子们真给力，不管是狗屎运也好，他密掉链子也好，THE TEAM WITH HAERT WON！
第4个加时的4TH-AND-ONE，我当时就有预感，O'BRIEN要GO-FOR-IT。赛后他说常规赛最
后他就考虑过GO-FOR-TWO。可能就是在那种特定的气场下，内心有种难言的信心。比赛

我狮因为SANDUSKY丑闻、NCAA SANCTION，已经有连续3个CLASS遭受重创，分析如下。
2012年的CLASS，在丑闻爆发前，我狮稳坐全国前10，而且还有相当的胜算获得另外几
个大星星，普遍预计是全国前10乃至前5的CLASS。但丑闻一爆发，JOE PA被炒鱿鱼，包
括五星DL SPENCE在内的多名球员纷纷跳槽，其中他盖的市长收获最大。
2013年的CLASS是O'BRIEN执教后第一个完整的CLASS，也是中间被NCAA的SANCTION搞残
的一个CLASS。要知道，在NCAA处罚宣布前，O'BRIEN已经获得了包括五星OL JOHNSON、
五星QB HACKENBERG在内的多名星星，当时排名也是全国前10。但随后的故事大家都知
道，星星们纷纷转投他人怀抱，只有少数象HACK和BRENEMAN这样的孩子HONOR THEIR
COMMITMENT。很悲情啊！但是就是这个残缺的CLASS让人看到了希望，很多PSU的扇子都

丑闻加处罚，搞不到顶级大星星太正常了。这一连串事件重创我狮3个CLASS。
2012 CLASS在丑闻爆发前稳居全国TOP-10，爆发后基本就毁了，光是被他盖挖走的就有
5个。O'BRIEN是在2012 CLASS签之前上任的，也只能是到处救火。
2013 CLASS是被SANCTION搞残的，在SANCTION下来之前，O'BRIEN搞到的CLASS也是稳居
全国TOP-10，SANCTION一下来，包括五星OL JOHNSON这样的孩子都跳槽了。大星星只有
3-4个留下了。网上有一篇文章，介绍当时这些孩子的父母一起来PSU，和O'BRIEN进行
沟通，心理上是怎么斗争的，为什么最后决定留下来，非常感人。
2014 CLASS是处在SANCTION中的一个CLASS，直到9月份NCAA宣布部分解除SANCTION。总
体看来，这个CLASS算SOLID但不GREAT，那5个奖学金给的太迟了，最终估计在全国能排
20-30之间，进入前20的可能性有但不大。
现在估计我狮在明年春天就能获得BOWL BAN被解除的消息。因此，2015 CLASS算是第一

BRIEN自己的CAMP保持绝对静默。
最新的NFL消息是，TEXANS已经非常接近和O'BRIEN达成协议，很多人认为O'BRIEN去
HOUSTON是90%以上确定的事了。
另一方面，来自PSU的消息是，我狮已经着手寻找下一任主教练，现在的热门人选有以
下5位：
现任VANDY主教练FRANKLIN
现任MIAMI主教练GOLDEN
现任NFL49人队OC的ROMAN
现任NFL泰坦队主教练的MUNCHAK
现任NFL TAMPA BAY BUCC主教练的SCHIANO
值得一提的是，上述5人中有4人有所谓的PSU-TIE，当然有些比较松散。
MUNCHAK就不用说了，他是PSU当年的明星OL，后来的NFL HALL-OF-FAME；FRANKLIN出生
在宾州；GOLDEN和SCHIANO都曾在PSU执教。而ROMAN两年前是我狮主教练人选之一，他
曾公开表示PSU是JOB FOR LIFE,我其实当年很想要他。

回过头看看2012和2013年，分别为8胜和7胜，让很多人大跌眼镜。其实2012年那支队伍
是有很明显的TALENT的，去年也有些货，再加上HACK的天分，所以整支队伍有点竞争力。
SANCTIONS对今年队伍的损害应该是最大的，看看今年队伍的构成就知道了。今年的队
伍主要由以下几个CLASS构成：
2010和2011 CLASS，现在是SENIOR，剩的人不多。
2012 CLASS，是被SCANDAL爆发基本毁掉的一个CLASS，也就是O'BRIEN坚持打完超级碗
，SIGNING DAY前几天上任的CLASS。
2013 CLASS，是被SANCTION宣布重创的一个CLASS，说重创而不说毁掉是因为O'BRIEN留
住了4-6名有实力的球员，包括未来之星HACK。另外就是这个CLASS人很少，一共才15个
孩子左右。
2014 CLASS，是稍微完整一点的CLASS，主要是O'BRIEN招的，最后他跳到休斯敦，
FRANKLIN接手，保全了CLASS并带来了几个VANDY的球员。这个CLASS我的评价是SOLID但
