The problem is AAPL have no monopoly in any market. If it lose the brilliant leader Jobs, it will fall down very hard. On the other hand, MSFT already have a monopoly in several markets, it will not do too bad even after Gates left, as long as the successor isn't a complete moron. |

RoamingGhost 网友的信为模板写了一封公开信，对Lab Rule 3提出了质疑。如果
你搜索 "Kubiak UCSD"的话，应该会发现这封信出现在很靠前的位置。这封信发
表之后收到了好几个网友的回复，其中包括两个曾经在Kubiak实验室工作过的亚
裔学生。不久之前我又看到UCSD官方的 《An apology for insensitive
comments on Professor Kubiak's research lab website》 。那两个亚裔学生
的回复以及UCSD官方的表态，让我觉得，我们不应在此事上过分上纲上线，穷追
不舍。能放手处既放手，得饶人处且饶人。理由如下：
第一：Kubiak教授人本质上应该不坏。Lab Rule 3应该算是开了一个不聪明的玩

那个是搞笑TV show ： the big bang theory 里一个男主。讲的是四个
brilliant but socially awkward 年轻科学家（应该就是postdoc)的故事。他们虽然

另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
