The FTC is shutting down revenge porn site “IsAnybodyDown.”
Operated by Craig Brittain, IsAnybodyDown was a receptacle for nude photos
of women obtained through deceptive means. According to the FTC, Brittain
would go on Craigslist posing as a woman and ask other women to exchange
nude photos. He then would take those photos and post them on his site
without their knowledge.

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- China has already begun buying small amounts of
Hungarian sovereign debt and negotiations are continuing between the two
countries for further purchases, Hungary's Minister of Development Tamas
Fellegi said Monday.
He didn't disclose how the purchases have been made or what types of debt
China has bought.
Fellegi will participate in an official visit to China in November, he said.

11月德国及整个欧元区的企业活动继续萎缩，说明美国、中国等其他主要经济体虽然出
现复苏迹象，但欧元区经济的滑坡势头正在加深。
数据公司Markit周四公布，欧元区11月份综合采购经理人指数(PMI)初值为45.8，尽管
该数据略高于10月份的45.7，但仍位于荣枯分水岭50以下，表明企业活动较前月大幅萎
缩。另外，欧盟委员会(European Commission)进行的一项调查也显示，当前欧元区消
费者比过去三年的任何一个时候都要悲观。
企业及家庭状况恶化的证据表明，欧元区财政危机正在对实体经济产生破坏性的影响。
Markit同期对中国采购经理人进行的调查发现，11月份中国制造业活动一年多来首次实
现扩张。

球罕見的拒不標示產品保質期的保健品生產商。RBC Life Sciences負責市場和銷售的
副總裁Kevin Young在一份書面聲明中辯解稱，美國FDA和GMP並沒有要求RBC Life
Sciences制造和銷售的保健品一定要標示保質期。Kevin Young告訴傳銷人員，2011年3
月以後，RBC Life Sciences公司在產品外包裝上只標示生產日期，大家可以自行推算
有效日期，大部分保健品的保質期為兩年，其中液體類的和益生菌類產品的保質期為一
年。不過，RBC Life Sciences某些產品如Sango Coral Calcium（桑格珊瑚鈣）等甚至
也不標示生產日期，原因是Sango Coral Calcium的產地是曾經發生嚴重核汙染的日本
，RBC Life Sciences顯然不願意被人推算這些產品在是日本核災難發生之前還是之後
出產的。

传销活动的组织者们把“播种梦想”当作激励手段，而实际所借助的动员力则是以讹传
讹。大多数传销公司不打广告，全凭会员们口口相传推广业务。这种商业模式本质决定
，任何一种夸大宣传及未经证实的流言，都能轻易误导消费和扰乱市场。北京市民杨萍
、莆田市民朱京华、西安市民蔡云辉等都曾因听信传销团伙的谎言，而成为劣质产品的
受害者。据他们反映，美国德州Irving小镇一家无人问津的传销公司，近两年90%以上
的销售业绩来自中国内地，而中国消费者都误以为该公司保健品都是制药厂用纳米科技
制造，是领先同行的干细胞胶囊。许多会员被骗去钱财，健康受到损害，还连累了亲友
。可见传销一旦脱离政府监管，很容易滋生群体性的诈骗犯罪活动，危害社会安定。

据调查，传销人员大多听过一些讲座，被灌输所谓成功法则，把“只讲正面，不说负面
