有个braodband的only的sim,谁试过用手机的sim来替代？
因为价格差别大了，单独mobile broadband的service一个月3.5G就要35元，可是手机
的monthly 4G 30元就可以有5G而且还可以继续用2G。
刚才在data only device插了个手机的sim好像也可以接上4g，但是sim上还没有买那
monthly 4g的服务，所以不能确认是否能用。
有试过的朋友吗？ |

租房时问到网络的问题，中介和房东都一口推荐M1,说便宜又好用，
于是前一阵去办了个6个月的Mobile BroadBand，是使用一个什么
Mobile Connect Modem插到电脑上就能用。
高兴没一天，发现大问题，一到晚上8:30以后速度就超级慢（现在写这个贴的时候
还是慢），简单的网页打开都要好久，msn更是根本登不上去。
今天打了两通客服电话1627,第一个人说是网络在升级，在那个时段就是没办法，我ft
后来我打第二通时问了如果要提前终止服务会怎样，对方说有100多元的违约罚金，不过
我到他们店报我的号码，他们不会向我收取，不知道是不是我电话里对他们服务质量的
抱怨属于有理有据，所以可以免罚金？
类似的情况不知道朋友们是否也遇到过，我到此地不久，很多事情都要问清楚才心里有
底，能否请知情的朋友告诉我一个是的确可以免罚金吗？另一个，我如果再选择其他网络服
务，选哪个比较好呢？starhub和singtel的网站我都看了，但从那里面也无法判断会不会出现
和这个M1类似的情况，还是需要有切身体会的朋友给个建议才好－－在保证稳定的速度前提 |

发帖数: 424 | 35 wireless@sg只能在固定的热点(hot spot) 才能用的，比如商场，咖啡店，社区活动中
心等，家里是不能用的，除非你家附近就有个hot spot，而且你在家就有无线网信号。
SingTel和Starhub都有类似的mobile broad服务。
SingTel的叫Broadband On Mobile，你看到的那个价格是要签一年还是两年的合约的，
也就是说在这一年（或两年）内，你是不能终止服务的，否则要交罚金。而且注意看，
Singtel的计划是有流量限制的（50G？）
Starhub的叫MaxMobile，没有价格较低的计划，只有比较贵的计划。
我只用过M1的那个20多块钱的计划，有时候的确慢得无法忍受。其他的没有用过，不好
评论。 |

best bet will be AT&T naked DSL. InsightBB requires 1-yr contract.
