美国一名18岁白人大学生Brianna Brochu近日被学校开除，并被警方以偏执恐吓罪（intimidation based on bigotry or bias）起诉。
据报道，Brochu是哈特福德大学的大一新生，和来自牙买加的黑人女室友Chennel Rowe同住。
两周前，Rowe搬出宿舍并看到Ins时，才意识到她的前室友一个多月来做了多少恶心的事。
Brochu发帖欢庆：我终于摆脱了“牙买加芭比”。她还吹嘘说自己在Rowe的椰油里吐痰、把发霉的蛤蜊泡在她的乳液里、拿用过的卫生用品涂抹她的背包、还将她的牙刷放在太阳晒不到的地方……
事后，Rowe在接受采访时表示，校方一开始没有及时处理，还曾威胁她：如果说出去，你将被开除。
但她拒绝沉默，在脸书直播细数前室友的恶心行为，并表示这让她感到身体不适。
这段直播目前已有超过90万人观看。
Rowe说，自己并不理解和前室友间到底发生了什么，她们还曾共享过微波炉和冰箱，“她每周都回家，我还常帮她喂鱼。”

for your area. (some county and city can have more laws on top state and
federal ones)
