发帖数: 11154 | 1 今天是八月底前的最后一个周末，也是ATA记分年结束之前的最后一个周末。昨晚看了
看成绩卡，离积分最低标准还差100个目标！今天早上匆匆忙忙的就赶到了Indy西边的
suburb小镇Brownsburg，参加Brownsburg Conservation Club的注册比赛。
这又是一个小场地俱乐部；总共只有两个飞碟场，一南一北；现在有60多位会员。跟老
会员聊天得知，以前有步枪和手枪场地，后来因为一些政治上的原因关闭以后就一直荒
废着；现在的俱乐部是彻底的飞碟俱乐部。还了解到约10年前有附近居民的水井中发现
超标的铅含量；后来经过EPA和所在郡的公共卫生部门调查，确定了不是因为打飞碟用
的铅弹造成的。
虽然小，但是设施很不错，抛飞碟的机器保养的很好，另外trap house的建筑完全是按
照ATA标准修建的；场地被树木包围着，背景树木比较高大，射击时候构成了不错的背
景；缺点也很明显，天阴暗的时候，目标可见度相对比较差；另外由于被树木包围，枪
声的回音比较响。
俱乐部年费$50，每场飞碟$4。

work. about 10 miles closer. p.s. I have no kids.
I thought about Avon, but there is no decent and reasonable houses there.
seems to me Brownsburg is a nice place, not too far to work, there are nice
houses. |

发帖数: 11154 | 3 我去年在Brownsburg Conservation Club打碟，去Eagle Creek打手枪；去过一次
Attenbury打步枪，不过有点远，偶尔去还可以。
今年准备以Brownsburg为home club打碟，准备加入Marion County Fish & Game，他们
有手枪场地，也有100码的步枪场地。Eagle Creek也不错，不存在会员制度，只要去买
season pass或者multi-pass就可以了。 |

things to do (for kids) in carmel and fishers .........
as for convenience you need to specify -- convenient to buy chinese
groceries? about the same as carmel.fishers I will say; convenient to
travel to chicago? maybe a little bit more maybe not; convenient to go to
the center of indianapolis (where colts/pacers/indians play)? about the same

来Clemson,在那一天Clemson也将举行他的今年第一次Junior Day.
Junior Day是Clemson把对Clemson感兴趣的Junior学生招来学校进行交流，大部分球员
都已经拿到了Offer.来的球员都是对Clemson及其感兴趣的，像今年已经招募的3个5星
球员都参加了去年的Junior Day。
今年的Junior Day也是对Gary和他母亲展现2017级别球员的机会。相对于往年今年的球
员星星更加耀眼
