美国总统特朗普今年1月20日发表的就职演讲比较简短，但也将会因为它带有的民粹主
义和灰暗的腔调（often dark tone）而为人所记住。
在演讲中，特朗普提到一点：“从今天起，只有一个目标：美国优先（America first
