世界各国增发了那么多现金，除了电子品以外，几乎多有的东西都涨价了。
现在的学费比2007年至少涨了30%，(举个实际例子，加州大学UC的州内学费，今年比
2007年，涨了58%）， 保险至少涨了30%，食品全线上涨，差不多翻倍了。
连洗衣液和洗发水都涨了至少30%以上。公司里entry level的起薪也
上涨不少了。
任何东西在bubble破灭以后从底部崛起时，几乎都有一个较大的涨幅的。
而且在上涨初期，往往是投资客买入，而刚需还在犹豫和怀疑，等待
进一步下跌或者调整。所以我认为供应突然减少，价格上涨，投资客
涌入等等，都是说明走出底部，而不是bubble.
如果这个趋势继续，房价以每年10%以上的速度涨一些年，同时收入没有
那么大涨幅的话，是bubble的制造期。但是每个bubble的形成和发展
都有一段时期，不是短时间可以完成的。房地产的周期也是很长的。
我觉得除非各国政府大规模回收流动性（这是不可能的），房价是不会

我 google了一下， 说double bubble是DS的b超marker之一...有double bubble的孩子
1/3是DS....
因为单脐动脉（2 vessel cord)因为血液输送的问题，可能会引起一系列畸形，譬如胃
肠道畸形，所以我在想是不是单脐动脉引起的，和DS无关，如果这样，即使真的有问题
，也只要一个手术就可以了...

Remember internet bubble? Nasdaq at 3000 should be considered a bubble at
the time. It would be much more painful at the time to see it all the way to
6000 if you are on the sideline. Don't time the market. If you are not sure
, just leave it in there. At least, not sell all at once.
Market can be wrong, but it can last as long as you are solvent. |

attractive place to live.
So in crash, We bottom out when unemployment goes up and migration exits the
state. But in bubble, employment improves and migration of people favors

刚才收到了CHOP打来的电话, 羊水穿刺23对染色体正常. 但是还是不排除染色体有问题
