昨日，成都市商务局网站公布了190道四川名菜、名小吃的统一译名，并规定了不同种类菜品的译名方法，此举也是迎接财富论坛软件提升的重要一环。
此前译法各异
夫妻肺片译为“两口子的肺”
川菜译名的不统一，让不少外国朋友很困惑。记者在春熙商圈一些饭馆随机调查时发现，如麻婆豆腐，有的译为MaPo beancurd，也有翻成是beancurd with piquancy（有辣味的豆腐），最经典的是doufu maked by the old woman with freckles（直译为长了雀斑的老女人做的豆腐）。而回锅肉，有的竟翻译为slicedpork，Sichuanstyle（直译是“切开的猪肉，四川风味”）；各种各样的翻译让人捧腹，也常常让在成都生活的外国友人摸不着头脑。
据在成都生活多年的澳大利亚人哈维斯说，他刚来成都时，曾被一知名川菜馆服务员递上的菜谱吓了一大跳。让人垂涎欲滴的川菜图片旁，赫然标注着：Husband and wifes lung slice（丈夫和妻子的肺切片）。

我前时的夜谈中曾提到古书中关于仪狄造酒的传说，引用国际百科全书的资料认为造酒
起源于西亚。有博友指出，9000年前中国河南舞阳的贾湖酒是世界上最早的酒。
近日，我在美国的一位友人David刘通过国际快件送来一箱啤酒，名曰“贾湖堡”
Chateau Jiahu啤酒。这是美国特拉华州角鲨头啤酒厂(Dogfish Head)生产的具有商标
专利的啤酒。啤酒使用了中国河南舞阳贾湖为地名，在美国的售价是12美金一瓶，约合
人民币80元，显然是啤酒中的贵族一品。
有趣的是，角鲨头啤酒厂(Dogfish Head)的老板萨姆·卡拉吉欧声称，这种啤酒的配方
，是根据中国河南贾湖9000年前人类所制作的最古老的啤酒之原始配方酿制的。

老王，老张和老刘都是美国中西部一个州立大学的博后，
之所以叫做老王，老张，老刘，并不是因为昵称或者爱称，
而是因为他们的确都很老。
30多岁还在学校里晃悠，既不是学生，也不是老师，
而且看起来很像老师，甚至比一些新来的老师都老，
所以索性取了一个老字，叫做老王，老张还有老刘。
老王，老张还有老刘是很好的朋友，算不上基友，他们不太懂
什么是基友，10年的qq还不是太阳，有个人人账号，访问量，
也没过500。三个人算不上志同道合，几乎没有什么
共同点，唯一的共同点，就是他们都是博后，哦，对了
另一个共同点就是他们都养小白鼠和细胞。
