enhanced the entire concept of margin of safety. Before knowing Munger, most
of Buffett's investments are of the "cigar butt" type, which are mostly bad
businesses with price far lower than accounting statements would suggest.
Munger somehow helped Buffett to move to a new paradigm of buying "good
business at fair price". That's quite a philosophical change.

举个例，数值都是随便编造的。
２０年前我花１０００刀买一股BRKA并一直保留。Buffett说这公司（蛋糕）值１０亿
刀。我拥有这个蛋糕百万分之一。
２０年后，我没有从这个公司得到一点现金好处，因为Buffet不分红不拆股。唯一让人
高兴的是B说这个公司现在价值１０００亿，我的这张股票现在价值１０万刀了。但是
公司不会因此而付钱给我买回这个股票。公司在可见的将来也不会分红。
我可以卖掉这个股票获利。那花１０万刀买股票的人呢？因为大家都不指望从这个公司
得到分红，他能指望的就是有别人愿意出１１万刀买走这个股票。以此类推。这让人联
想到了啥？ 对了，老鼠会和传销。
公司发行股票得到资本。投资者投资并指望从公司得到收益。当投资者不能从公司得到
及时的回报，反而仅仅是指望在股票市场上通过投机交易获利。这个怎么看都不象是正
道。

他犯了捞底的错误，尽管当时政府采取了一些应急的措施，但是还没有看到真正的好转
。一切的猜测都是 wishful thinking.
他120买GS,20 多买了BAC,20多买了GE.许多人也跟了，认为这些股票不可能跌破他买入
的价格。结果大家也看到了。如果你把你的钱平分成三份，跟他买，到现在可能你还不
能解套。只有GS，你会赚一点。并且我们散户肯定早都割肉了，你能看着GS一路跌倒50
，BAC 跌倒2块多？
Buffett在今年的5，6月份鼓吹WFC,说再也不可能见到9元多的WFC,应该在三月份all in
WFC。
这是马后炮。估计在三月份时，他和我们青蛙一样的害怕。为什么那时他不说all in,
要等到涨了两个多月后才说。在二月份，接近谷底的时候他卖出了很多的蓝筹股象JNJ,
AXP.说明他也没有信心。
Buffett唯一比我们有优势的地方是他有钱，他可以等。他不用花现在投资的钱。我们
可能还要用这些钱买房子，给孩子交学费。

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Bank of America Corp. (BAC) Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Thompson, in an attempt to assuage employee fears, told them the bank
has made "a lot of progress in a short period of time" to strengthen itself.
Thompson reassured employees the bank has more than enough capital to
operate and a clear path to meet new capital regulations looming in 2013 and
2019, according to a posting on an internal website that was obtained by

首先buffett的fa牛的一逼，他到底怎么分析的，为什么觉的109的aapl便宜，我不知道
。我看aapl 109的时候觉得还得下探，因为来自三星和华为的压力很大，事后证明我的
fa就是狗屎。没有足够的资源和能力去做fa，犯的就是方向性错误，要外婆的
其次，buffett的口袋太深了，即使他的fa失败，他有足够的钱往里砸，ta上也能把走
势reverse过来，甚至造成错觉。而作为一个大蓝筹股，再怎么烂，肯定也有人往里投
钱，只有跟的人多了，fa再烂，ta上也能吸引足够多钱
最后，buffett的号召力不是一般的基金能比的，他每个季度的董事会报告都快赶上美
国的经济报告了，人放一个屁比1000个phd做的QA分析报告更有说服力 |
