们说有两个option, 第一个是交两个月房租罚金，但是可以退还deposit
第二个允许lease office 进入我房间，介绍给新住户，但是我要负责租金一直到有下
家接应lease.
我仔细考虑了过后，选择了第二种，因为我住的builing在manhattan黄金地段，现在天
气暖和，搬家的人很多，据说我们楼里面一个apt availabe, 一般都是1-2周就又租出
去了，所以我就选了第二种
LZ可以跟office商量一下。之前我有朋友也是在manhattan break lease,只是搬家前几
天都告知office的， 就是留下deposit就好了，因为deposit都是3-4千，他们也很愿意
不过不同公司可能policy不一样，但据我知道的大的rental company基本就是这几个做
法。

日本哪个乐队的吉它水平高啊？
喜欢俾面派對这种小程度的反叛调侃。和充满了对世界的爱，对社会的关怀的音乐。
eyond算pop rock，但是也有些heavy metal的东西，比如金属狂人，也有舞曲风的。
应该说beyond出生了很不好的环境，很多的歌曲非常商业化，因为如果他们不这么做，
也就没法出名，就更没法写自己想写的东西了。
黄家驹和黄贯中的吉他水平都是亚洲顶级的（别和日本有几个变态比) 。家强的贝司其
事也不差，冷雨夜家驹专门给他加了贝司solo，他表现得很好。
他们在摇滚音乐水平上，其实和大陆当时的崔健魔岩三杰比，并没有什么高级之处。只
能说当时所有华人摇滚乐，都还在模仿别人几十年前就做出来了的东西。差欧美很远很远
。而且很少叛逆，因为一叛逆，专辑就没法卖了。当然也有俾面派對这种小程度的反叛
调侃。
但是在另一方面，他们的音乐和所有伟大的音乐一样，同样充满了对世界的爱，对社会
的关怀。

因此，我们专门搞了个5gWi-Fi信号。5g 信号环境还是比2.4g要干净不少。但是，仍然
不能100%保证信号的稳定性。特别是我们这种视频会议服务，一旦遇到几百ms 的时延
，或者大的掉包，画面就会卡。。。。画面一卡，大家就觉得时无线网络的问题。。。
。其实，如果你是上网的话，浏览网页，发email 其实是不会感知到这个掉包和时延的。
说到干扰，我就在想，我们时租一整层楼，会被上下干扰。那人家那种，一个公司用整
栋楼都，楼上楼下不是也同样会互相干扰嘛？大家时怎么解决的呢？还是说，大家平时
没有注意到？

就传统capwap来讲通常从频段间隔和信号强度来提高质量，不过思考的在软件内就可以
优化这些了。
如果你老板位置变化不大你可以把他附近热点的频段稍微调整下？减低周边热点信号强
度？
如果有大量的未连接设备也能造成干扰，因为那些设备在不停全频段扫描，可以提供一
个开发认证的guest网络诱使那些设备不要乱扫描了。

今天上午物业请的licensed electrician来了，显然物业是通过maintenance guy请的
。电工查了一下，说outlet没安错，是房子的power line有问题，不应该“send 240V
current to 120V outlet”，另外电线没有接地，他们就把power换到120V的了。其实
这对我们是一码事，反正就是outlet和输出电压不匹配，不是maintenance guy弄错了
，就是物业以前弄错了。电工既然是maintenance的朋友，就把责任推给物业了,这对我
们告物业倒没什么影响。
另外，dept. of Builing and Housing的人告诉我们，他让物业把所有的电路都查一下
，但是这个电工只看了一下那个outlet的。现在如果我们要提前搬出去的话，可不可以
以仍有隐患为由要求break lease呢？
对了，补充说明一下，我们当时一年lease结束的时候物业给我们一个文件，说是month
-by-month，并且60天notice，而且必须是在一个月的月底。我们签了字，所以如果要
早搬，只能上法庭争取了。

曲棍球是很激烈的比赛项目，而且也容易受伤，比赛一激烈就容易
受伤，这个应该是容易理解的。受伤包括腰伤，肩伤，背伤，手腕
伤，腿伤，脖子伤。
今天我写曲棍球，不是写伤的，而是写这个体育项目如何吸引人，
如何让你产生兴趣，最重要的，是让你对这个版面产生兴趣，同时
认识一些志同道合的朋友，可以聊天灌水。
跑题了，我再继续说曲棍球。
我基本上是看国家队的比赛，更具体的说，是国家女子曲棍球队，
据我长期认真观察，女子曲棍球的竞赛水平还挺高的，至少比我打
的好，其实我不会打，也从来没打过。要说女子曲棍球运动员，其
实大多数人都很彪悍，用术语讲叫physically buil |
