I remembered years ago we've found a really good spot in Potomac with 1.
7Acre land. The house is 40 years old and is first owner house.
Everything went well until I decided to give a tour again before finalizing
offer. Unfortunately the owner was home he was so excited about his house

多年前听过一个故事：一华商移民来美，看好一处房子，区域很贵。价格已谈妥马上就
要签合约了。邻居听说是来一个华人纷纷到房主处抱怨。碍着多年的情面最后房主告诉
这华商不能卖给他。这哥们也是牛人。听说了缘由。就邀请房主最后吃顿饭，把自己的
律师也带上了。都到场后，这哥们拎出一手提箱，告诉房主里面有92W现金。原来谈好
的价格是90W，又加了2W（数目可能和原来的故事有出入）。然后这哥们拿出合约，告
诉房主现在签了字，这个提箱里面的钱就是他的了。房主给镇住了。马上就签了字。回
到家后，房主自觉无颜面对周围的邻居，两三天内偷偷的就搬走了。
后来，这个故事的八卦还没完。
据说这哥们搬进去后，很happy。常常开派对，烧烤等等。来往的都是老中。周围的邻
居本来就憋着一肚子的火，这下更受不了了。晚上听到有party的声音就叫来警察。不
停的去HOA抱怨各种小事，联合起来找各种办法想逼他卖房走人。最后终于把这哥们惹
火了。
这哥们底子也厚。看看没办法在这里继续住。也咽不下这口气。就找到local的政府把

to the hoop, and he rarely got called for offensive foul.
MJ went to the hoop very often in 80s but he didn't get this few
fouls. Shaq almost got 1 offensive foul every game in his prime.
I am a better player too if I can run 4-5 steps and not worry about
offense foul. |

说上次有人去钓鱼，拿了大小尺寸不符合要求的，并且拿到版上晒秋鱼了。
版主善意的给予劝退。
然而，一个带路党，把网址，文章，照片发给鱼警，并亲自指认，渔警根据网上图片证
据，开出巨额罚单（可能会大于5000刀吧，天呐）。
这事确实怨他。但是，还是想问一下带路党，你还是中国人吗？（要是入籍了算我没说
），你带路之前可以先警告一下吗？就告诉他，你要再干我就给警察打电话了，他再干
是咎由自取。
我觉得，做人，一要厚道，二要人品。
用美国警察来打击自己的同胞，进而获得快乐，我是不赞成的。看不惯警告可以，亲自
带路实施抓捕，至于吗？这得多大的恨啊？
一个教训：为了防止带路党，晒秋鱼的一定要先量好尺寸，一定要把自己打上马赛克。

将。
据我小孩讲，她弄伤8个球员。3-4个是在turf上的擦伤。有个小孩大腿上有的擦伤有巴
掌大，渗出不少血，看起来是最严重的。我小孩的小胳膊上有不小的一块擦伤，是擦伤
里最轻的。犯规的小孩把人bulldoze倒后还会压在别人身上，这就是为什么擦伤都不小
的原因。另外几个小孩是被踢伤和撞伤的，身上都有青或肿的痕迹。后来有其她小孩大
声说不想与她作对手。那个小孩看起来挺孤立的，不知道是不是队里的（训练的人里可
能有try out的，也可能有我小孩这样作客的球员）。
对这种球员，大概只能做躲避性大的大范围动作吧？ |
