通篇没提原因。
我这个账户确实是小白兔一般的纯洁，没有任何cash deposit。只有一次别人给存了一
张不到4000元的check。很久以来就设置了一个自动的转账来免月费。

F2B差不多。为什么啊？很多Unmarried Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens飘在海

多次了。
０７大潮就是一次违反。一次收入那么多４８５，早就超过了可用的绿卡名额。他们不
也是做了。
再说了，visa bulletin 一个月公布一次，公布的是下个月可用名额， 并由此结合申
请人的ｐ
ｄ，从而决定谁可以交４８５．问题是，交了４８５的人没有一个能够用到下个月的名
额，而是必须
经过几个月的处理才可以。下个月的名额其实是被更早的ｐｄ用的。只有在０７大潮后
，ｐｄ才和每
月的可用名额实际挂钩。可以说，这个所谓的规定和对ｃｕｔ－ｏｆｆ的解释几乎从来
就没有被实践
过。如果等到０７／０７的ｐｄ都拿到绿卡后才开始收新４８５，那么肯定要浪费几个
月的名额，这
好像也是ｕｓｃｉｓ所不愿意看到的吧。

feb18th 2011. That means EB2 pd will move to till may 2011 in March bulletin
. Guys every one ready with your doc's.
He is from India and he is friend of my colleague. Hopefully this is true.
But keeping my fingers cross. Even though they send fee notification some
times they don't move priority dates. But seeing recent PD jums in each
bulletin i'm predicting that dates will jump to May 2011 in March bulletin.

1、律师说可以降级；AILA说USCIS接受基于旧的EB2 Labor Certification的新的EB3
I140申请。
2、雇主（HR）已答应给钱；雇主不给PP费用。
3、PP可以自己出；如果PP被拒，钱会退回申请人；没有PP审批大概3-5个月。
4、EB2的I140仍然有效，如果EB2又比EB3快，可以用EB2的I140。（不知道是否需要再
提交485及另外交费）
5、（如果新排期不倒退，）由于EB3已经Current，因此可以双飞485。雇主支付485费
用。

1. Visa is typically allocated quarterly. Since we are more than 6 months
into fiscal year 2014, in theory, USCIS has already assigned 50% of total
quota of EB3 ROW. The quota for the EB3 category is around 40,000 visas.
