发帖数: 70028 | 1 国家工商总局通过官网公布2010年工商机关保护注册商标专用权十大典型案例。与以往公布的案例不同，工商总局这一次将案例中所涉及的企业名称及经营者姓名全部隐去，而换之以“×”来代替。
记者发现，这10个典型案例都没出现违法企业、商家、经营者的名字，而代之以“北京××餐饮管理有限公司”、“丰台区××××建材市场”、“广州市××音响有限公司”、“××表行”、“成都××贸易有限公司”等。
市民李艳说，看到案例中的“某某某”，就很想知道究竟是哪家企业、哪个市场，“不打算去那家企业消费，如果要消费，也得小心点儿”。
“如果不点名，总给人隔靴搔痒的感觉。而且相关责任者因为缺乏社会监督，事发后会依然我行我素”，在院校工作的张先生认为，企业最怕被曝光，工商部门为何要在违法事实清楚并已实施处罚的情况下，还要隐去违法者的“名称”？难道是顾及这些人的面子吗？这样的公布案例能起到震慑违法经营的作用吗？
据了解，此次公布的案例由工商总局商标局提供，但该局并未解释隐去企业名称的原因。有工商局内部人士曾对记者解释说，在公布典型案例时，主要是希望消费者能通过案例，增强维权意识和能力，不公布企业名字主要是从社会稳定出发，共... 阅读全帖 |

Lebed pumped it on Sunday in his news letter claiming this is his #1 pick
in 2011. He is nortorius for pumping stocks but considering he also pumped
GRL/GRP.to last year when it was $0.80, he got quite a lot followers even
some institution investors. |
