加州：控枪派华人民主党州参议员Leland Yee 因走私枪支被捕。此人是SCA5和平权法
案的积极支持者(后来迫于华人压力收回对SCA5支持），左派急先锋。曾被控枪派的
Brady Campaign授予A+的政客。
意义：许多他提出的对拥抢权危害极大的控枪提案胎死腹中，没人愿意替他顶包。因走
私枪支被捕，再次让大家看到这些吏剥肉政客的虚伪性, 和政客滥权的可怕。
加州：CCW的May Issue政策被法庭判为违法。此前只有少数特权人物（民主党的控枪急
先锋费老太太等人，讽刺！）才能得到CCW,老百姓不被允许携枪。现加州一些县已改为
shall
issue, 即只要是守法公民，没有理由不发放CCW。另一些县可能还会继续诉讼。
