自从去年在不懂不怕的情况下跑了半马后(1:42), 就萌发了今年跑全马的念头, 这个计
划在上周日(蜜马)得以实现. 虽然没有BQ(3:30), 但离目标比较近了(3:39). 有些切身
体会愿意和准备跑首马的跑友分享, 对自己也是个小结.
<<<值得肯定>>>
1. Long Run
三月份就开始了long run训练, 其中一次跑了26miles, 发现了许多平常发现不了的问
题, 因为有时间, 问题都得以解决.
2. 鞋
由于右脚比左脚稍宽, 所有的鞋(42码)都是合左脚挤右脚, 导致long run 中右小脚指
磨出血, 这时才发现真正合脚的尺寸是42.5, 合右脚松左脚, 教训太贵--8双
鞋不能再穿了, 还有几双是前宽的, 凑合还能跑. 也放弃了race flat轻便鞋, 穿这鞋
long run时脚底麻得像打了麻药. 最后选择了Saucony Grid Shadow Genesis, 当时正
好 on sale $59, 跑后发现很好想再买一双, 但价格己打回原型. 在Race前磨合了近
80miles.

发帖数: 1339 | 2 年初计划memorial day去加拿大签证，看到ottawa有marathon weekend就报了Half。
brooklyn half是我一直想跑的，本来以为会在同一个周末，后来发现正好差了7天。心
理斗争300字之后，也报名了。
3/17跑了NYC Half，当时成绩是2:03:16，而且后半程比前半程的pace快了30秒。之后
跑的还比较勤快（对比我自己打酱油的训练）长长短短一直在跑。一般central park跑
一圈的pace大概8'50"到9'10"，所以对Brooklyn还是有期待的。觉得终于，应该，可以
sub2了吧... 当时有几个朋友跟我一起跑，都是第一次跑半马，很是激动。早上7点半
开始跑... 6点半他们就发来message说已经站在瑟瑟寒风中了... - -b
这次Brooklyn跑的人特别多，大家聊天扯淡若干久，终于懒懒散散开始跑了。我们基本
上是站在了四万人的最后，开始之后就开始一路超人，我的朋友们飕飕的，顿时全不见
了... 前五六迈的感觉一直都比较正常，还是一路跑在路的最边缘超人... 六迈之后上

感觉(总算能parallel turn了),到西部来的第一天去绿道信心就被打击没了. 只好又回
去了bunny slope...惨(可怜的BF以为在bunny slope日子结束了,结果...). 第二次才
重新到了绿道上. 现在绿道的日子总算一去不复返了..嘿嘿. |

因为自己实在是不喜欢滑雪，一直没敢带小孩子去试过。好多年前仅仅滑过一次，是有
教练带的。自己稀了糊涂的一直以为是在bunny slope上。可是后来是上了坐lift才能
去的地方，请问懂行的，那是不是就是绿道了？还是有可能还是bunny slope？因为那
个坡度已经是我的极限了。
另外当时教练第一次是带着我上lift，然后倒着滑带我滑下来的。那一次一个跟头没摔
，后来自己跟着滑就控制不好速度了。请问现在的教练还会在小孩子前面倒着滑来给他
们多点自信吗？我当时上得是group lesson，但是教练只带了我一个人上lift，是教练
轮流单独带每个人上lift吗？还是只是碰巧那天人不多？请熟悉滑雪程序的帮我看看吧

sighhh but honestly... it is rather bulky... more bulky than what I'm used

is getting a bag such a difficult decision.
two month ago, I bought a bunny.. it's the cutest thing ever! spotted it
right when I saw the litter of bunnies and picked her. loved her ever since.

本以为彩蛋都卧虎藏龙在树林草丛里；现实是组织者当场撒在标志线圈起来的草坪上。
小孩按年级分组，从小到大分批进入。撒一回，进一组；再撒一回，再进下一组。我使
劲把对比度调高了，看得清草地上的大蛋小蛋大包小包巧克力吗：
这些光天化日之下赤裸裸躺在地上的彩蛋是不是有点缺乏刺激性。正担心小孩觉得没意
思，没想到哨声一响，个个争先恐后；如狼似虎，场面激动人心。这里有一群红娃娃：
前方有蛋，疾行！
目标坚定，横穿镜头，哪管身后，人仰马翻：
又来一个快门摁下的瞬间蹒跚入镜的小朋友：
给他和他的Curious George一个特写：
最后轮到五六年级的大孩子，比小小孩少很多，每人捡到的蛋比小小孩多很多，好羡慕
。大人没得捡……
上万颗巧克力蛋半小时内统统捡完，人去楼空。

前两周周末去电影院，看到《Pete's Dragon》和《Kubo》两个动画片——现在去电影
院只看动画片……小孩喜欢龙，Kubo看着又像日本武士，于是大人小孩一致决定看前者
。故事讲的是一家三口开车野游出车祸，唯一幸存的五六岁的Pete从此在森林里和会隐
身会飞翔的巨龙相依为命；再过五六年被人发现，经过一番曲折重返人间。特技做得还
好玩，小孩看得高兴。我看起来故事没逻辑，煽情；表演也滥情不真实。
同样是森林野孩子的故事，今年刚拍的《Jungle Book》真人版看起来更带劲，主要因
为打斗场面多，类似action movie。老虎偷袭狼王的镜头我硬是没敢看……老虎和大熊
厮杀的场面我看了两遍，还有老虎和野孩的殊死搏斗。美女蛇是Scarlett Johansson配
的音，诱惑十足。Bill Murray给大熊配音，最好玩的台词是野孩Mowgli说他听过歌，
接着琅琅背诵狼群的口号Law of the Jungle：

前几天我在灌水儿子在旁边看，我们在看pets版一个什么帖子忘记了，我儿子看到旁边
大家的头像很兴奋。一边看一边指着说：this is a cat, wow, this is a dog, yeah

你说的兔兔和遥控车对打以及咬扳手，我觉得哈，还真不是她脾气坏的表现，都是她认
为受到威胁的反抗。如果我是你，我就不会这样刺激人家啦。还有，她认为阳台是她的
地盘，你随便扔个东西进来她当然不高兴了。不管kc不kc，她的自卫意识还是很浓的，
这点不会太大改变，呵呵，这也是人家survive的需要啊。
如果有空也方便的话，看看网上关于兔子习性的介绍，你会发现，兔子的最大特点就是
倔，哈哈
所以主动引导她去玩对你没有伤害的游戏是满重要的，而且也不太难，参见柴鱼家的兔
子游乐场，呵呵

f you have no other choice, or if you simply need to buy time, it may help
to provide it with some hay with
some real fur as bedding (perhaps from brushing your other bunnies). Real
fur is especially comforting to
orphaned wildlife, and it gives them the sense that they are with their
mother and littermates. To keep it warm,
you may also want to wrap the bunny in a small towel (with the hay and fur
inside).

cleanroom不是女人呆的地方，尤其不是美女呆的。不能open toe, 所以sexy的高跟凉
鞋穿不了。还要裹一厚厚的bunny suit，G cup套上那玩意都让人觉得是飞机场。所以
在cleanroom找美女实在是下下策。
可这世上偏偏有人要在cleanroom花痴美女，而且那花痴美女的人自己也是个美女。
话说那天公司差我去cleanroom做点事。一进那房间，浑身就不舒服。气压比外面高，
噪音比外面大，还满眼都是猥琐老男人。我一个人闷闷在wet bench的一角捣鼓着样品
，脑子里像的是关西和阿娇的凄美的爱情故事。要是关西哥是在cleanroom做事，而不
是在娱乐圈混的话，他肯定会珍惜阿娇的，我心里这样想。。。
