Gear Review: blueseventy Helix Wetsuit
Wetsuits are one of the larger gear investments a budding triathlete can
make; behind a bike and/or race wheels (if, of course, you fall into USAT's
median income range of approximately $108,000), it is likely a wetsuit will
be your most expensive piece of gear.
With that kind of money on the line, then, it stands to be prudent when it
comes to selection. Much like when it comes to proper triathlon bikes and

back to wetsuit topic, wetsuit 1. keeps you warm, 2. provide additional

because now you can spend most of your energy propelling forward).

In New England? Then it's a different story.
When the ground is completely soaked, it's more like liquid than solid. Like
in other liquid, the buoyancy force will kick in, so, your house started "

expansion might lift up your house.
During the drought, keep "deep watering" your ground, so that the condition
won't change drastically when it finally rains. This is especially. critical

1. this is critical in implementing good shoulder rotation and reducing side
torque for recovery arm. it also creates better angle for entering the
water and reduces drag. chest becomes lower and creates more buoyance.
2.it can be harmful if you don't have enough body rotation.
one of my favorite video, you can see how olympics gold medalist carries out

No. Keep it slightly less than 180 as a beginner. if you over-extend your
arm, your body may start twisting left and right. and your shoulder may get
injured if you pull hard before EVF is completely formed.
when you are swimming, you don't get the buoyancy from the kick board so
that your upper will sink and legs will come up. the streamline is better
than kicking with a board.
