想问问 医生朋友们 知不知道这个药 安全不：
1）吃了后会不会变傻？
2）有依赖性？
3）seizure？

patients are diagnosed with major depressive disorder without manic episode,
it is called unipolar, they only need to take anti-depressant; However, if
patient has bipolar with current depressed episode, then they should be on
both anti-depressants and mood stabilizers at the same time.
Patients are not going to be addictive to anti-depressants, but they need to

headache, agitation, insomnia, nausea etc. However, it is good if you are
feeling better now. Sometimes, it is called "placebo effect." You should
take it regularly. |

去年听一个朋友说他吃这个药挺管用，然后今年又看到你的这个贴，也想试试这药了。
我最近是anxiety引起depression有反复，对工作效率已经有影响但还能handle，情绪
和躯体反应厉害。昨天看医生的时候本来只是泛泛的觉得紧张，护士量血压的时候说心
跳100，我说难怪怎么今天感觉有点light head。到RiteAid拿完药还专门问了哪里管发药
咨询的人，说我今天心跳100能不能吃这个药，他说没问题相互没有影响。我就吃了。
大约1小时以后紧张感消失，人感觉有精神，但大约3小时候以后体力突然下降感觉非
常疲惫,期间心跳基本一致在100的样子。晚上也一直是这样，睡眠到不错，没有想我以
为的那样可能会晚上兴奋睡不着。
今天服药以前依然感觉疲惫有些心慌感，心跳84没有昨天那么快。也学你记录几天，看
这药到底有没用吧。 |

发帖数: 4984 | 8 OREX用的是Bupropion来减肥的， 个人不太看好， Bupropion是抗抑郁药，副作用挺大
的。 每天的服用量是400MG，很想知道长期服用的患者精神状态如何。 另外该药物几
乎完全被Metabolize, 容易受到其它药物的干扰。 减肥药很多， 还没有数据证明
Bupropion有明显优势。另外OREX玩的是药物的多级释放，有不少药厂在玩这个，也不
算新鲜的东西。 我还很想知道毒理实验的结果，据说还正在做。 我以前玩过
Bupropion，Partition Coefficient 不高，但是非常Lipophilic，容易进入到脂类物
质，对肥胖病人而言可能不是一个好的选择，因为药物进去后通过血液循环进入CNS就
比较少，因此要提高剂量。 |

简单再说一下三个减肥药, 算是最后的总结: 我认为在FDA决定前三个股票都可以trade
, as far as you buy low and sell high. The only reason I recommended VVUS in
the past is from speculative FA speaking, it is in relative stronger
position. And market do agree with me.
我以前没怎么提,但是减肥药费用不能保险公司支付, insurance companies don't
reimburse obesity drugs这点很重要. 也许这个市场并非象好多人想象的那么大, 另
外有效性不高的药(ARNA 3.6%, OREX 4.5%)即使批准也很难说服病人放弃高效的药(
VVUS 10%)或是便宜的药(metformin, sibutramine, phentermine, bupropion, and

睡眠质量如何? 有没有焦虑的情况? 胃口呢? 有没有试过Benzodiazepine类药?
心血管准概况如何? 有无胸闷? 有无害怕噪音? 见陌生人或小孩会不会怕?
医生怎么说? 到底有多严重? 开的药的序列是什么? 比如从哪种药换到哪种药, 计量如
何?
医生有无建议非药物治疗? 试过Xanax么? 医生是多种病症一起下药还是单只处理抑郁
症?
我这么问是因为我是药学院学生（PharmD) 比你大过几岁。我也经历有过你的感觉，熬
过来不容易。只想问问到底有多严重。美国医生都很保守的，不太敢开药。比如你的
counseling session以前我无路可走的时候也被迫参加过，完全你不适合我。
药物的确能很大程度上减轻你的症状，不过难免有反复，如果心态不好的话。
多晒晒阳光，运动有帮助。
希望你试过正确的药。不同的机理效果不一样。以前吃过的药未必就合适。没法测量体
内dopamine/serotonin的浓度变化。而且很多antidepressants药效期很长，要长期服
用。

but to bluetree, the 2 most common drugs used for smoking cessation are
bupropion (brand name is Zyban) and Chantix. Chantix is the newer drug, got
approved in 2006 I think. Both drugs are pretty expensive without insurance. |

I decided to take one today, now I feel so fucking excited!!!!!!!
I take it around 9 am now it is 11:00 am and I read that the density of the
pill reach the the highest value around 3 hrs which will be one hr later,
how could I due with it?
I just want to run for ten laps!!
I need to reduce the does of it tomorrow. |

这两天心情很好 不知道是不是吃药吃的
而且 这两天我还 抽时间去跑步了 虽然只有10分钟，不过这是我近半年来第一次主动
锻炼身体
以前拼的太狠了 结果 抑郁了
想想真是不值啊
决定转行就转的彻底了 好好锻炼身体 30岁当20岁活 |

Some common side effects from anti-depressants are dry mouth, constipation
or diarrhea, headache, nausea, etc. It usu. takes 2-4 weeks even longer to
get effect. Some people may respond to one medication but not the other.
It is better to a specialist -- psychiatrist to help you find the right anti
-depressant for you.
Medication combined with psychotherapy work best for depression. |

发帖数: 270 | 26 昨天第二天，到下午的时候心跳值基本恢复正常值，紧张感也在下午晚点的时候得到改
善，晚上精神比以前好很多，比较晚才睡。睡眠质量一般，4am左右有早醒但之后也能
睡着，醒来以后感觉精神状态比昨天要好，基本没有紧张的感觉。希望明后两天状态能
够保持或者更improve一些。这两天下午都有轻微腹泻，不知道是不是副作用的一部分。

上周末 由于家庭原因我没有休息好 也没有怎么做事
结果这周特别的忙和压抑 现在总算好了点 一口气连忙了3天 总算有点自己的时间了
周末 keep schedule 也是很重要的
上周我也有腹泻的征兆， 这周好了
第一周 睡的很好 可能也是压力小点
这周压力很大 而且 事也多~~~ |

维持很久，强度自己也能handle，挺一阵就过去了。晚上睡眠没有受影响。今天晚上精
神特别好，索性加班赶工。
跟说明书上描述的一样，最近几天是不太想吃东西，然后肚子还是容易叽里咕噜一阵，
但今天没拉肚子。
明天买买提当机，不上来update了。

too. The headache was not serious, but it was there. I tried to sleep more
hours for the past two nights, and the headache was gone.
Did you talk with your doctor before you stop the medicine? It's important
that you'd better not stop the medicine suddenly. The correct way is to
decrease the dozage first for about 5 days to two weeks gradually, then stop

150mg for adult. I continue having benefit from it. Some side effect, such
as diarrhear in the first week was gone, just as the same you experienced.
I am glad to seek help from doctor in time, because my work load increased
like your case this week. You can not only rely on medicine to maintain your
health. Good nutrition and sleep can not be replaced by simply taking more

上周按要求吃药,不过因为要做的事很多 压力大 熬夜什么的就正常了 而且 拖延症又
严重了(压力越大越拖延）
不过这个药还是有帮助的
心情很平和
有motivation，但是hard to focus （不过比以前强， 以前就要抓狂了，现在就是
close the door and continue to work）

的Anchen，N年就靠一个Bupropion HCl XR的FTF活着。但是实际上，做generic技术含
量还是比较低，一些以前认为有难度的，比如说XR formulation, 现在能做的越来越多
。真要是大家都做不出来的东西，那投入还是不少。所以大部分小公司都是走niche路
线，但是GDUFA通过以后，niche就很难搞。在QbD开始以后，小作坊的形式也注定要被
淘汰。其实不管什么行业都是这样，技术的壁垒是越来越低，consolidation会越来越
多，大公司越来越强大，小公司除非有与众不同的地方，生存会越来越难，创业那就更
别说了。
Novast思路几年前是正确的，因为一些原因（这里就不介绍详情），他们原来是准备
focus on oral contraceptive。但是在过去的一两年情况开始变化，因为OC老印又开
始蜂拥而至了。Novast他们如果想活下去，想发展，肯定需要调整策略。Dr. Zhang完
全可以仿效其他的华人把公司开在美国，但是他回去折腾，我想，应该已经考虑到了长
