3 papers(one IEEE computer society)
方向主要申两个digital signal processing和cryptology
undergraduate gpa,3.8 rank 3.7%
graduate gpa,3.4 rank 5%
G,T分数平平
选校的时候大概定位在那里比较合适
有没有什么学校对bupter比较友好的
没什么经验，现在选校就瞎看

conference proceedings or journals? If that's the case I encourage you to
apply for phd program in top schools, since your three papers have proved that
you are fully capable of doing academic research. Being such a qualified
candidate, you don't need to worry about whether they are friendly to BUPTers
or not. |

Where did you heard of these? I am both UESTCer and BUPTer,
but I never
heard anyone said such things. I think no normal students
from these
2 univ. will say this.
In fact I always heard guys from some top univ. of China
said they were
*** of China, which make me disgust: why can't you be pround
of be
