gc。当时就没有收到确认邮件，问了客服，客服说要等。如今同期用的其他offer的返
现早就到了，这个迟迟也没有。请问，该如何解决啊？感觉客服总是很不明情况啊。。
。而且貌似gc是退不了的。。。
