发帖数: 3523 | 2 其实不用买带分数的报告，如果discover的免费FICO只有705，那么申请贷款时pull的
credit成绩恐怕还不足700呢。
只需要按楼上提到过的那个网站去要免费的credit history report就可以了，不带分
数的通常都可以免费拿到。
找到那个collection，尽快联系医院和讨债公司，首先要问清是否能够能够从3个
bureau撤销collection记录，如果他们不能保证撤销这个记录，仅仅能做到balance是
零，对于修复credit成绩意义不大。也可以联系bureau询问是否有方法撤销collection
记录并且修复成绩。免费的credit报告上会有一个10位的number，打bureau的电话，报
相关的10位号码就可以找到人问。 |

billing statement. 先搞清楚纠纷在哪里, 再一条条逐步来解决。现在纠纷在那里，
你向三个credit bureau去dispute没有用。因为credit bureau也是forward给
collection company要求他们调查，如果collection company拿出证据被credit
bureau接受了，deny了你的request，你的不良记录就板上钉钉了。
你现在就去要itemized billing statement，先搞清出到底怎么回事。

打算今年买房的话，还是要把看房买房放在首位！即便拿着被毁的信用记录来买房，6
个月后你还可以refinance.不要本末倒置，错失机会。 |

credit report里了。你应该去查你的三个credit bureau 的credit report，如果烂账
在那里，你要向三个credit bureau和time warner和讨债公司dispute，把烂账从你
credit report拿下去。
这事发生在我头上过。很烦。还要小心，他们可能会把烂账又放回你那。

translates into 3 hard inquiries ( 1 at each bureau ). Having said that,
people who understands the credit knows that it will have the same impact on
credit score as other bank pulling a single bureau. from FICO lens, all
hard pulls generated from same lender on the same day for same product
results into a single inquiry/hard hit. Each bureau counts FICO individually

2011年我拿绿卡去更新SSN Card。
上个星期去银行开帐户，系统跳出信息“credit established prior to ssn issue
date" by Bureau(Experian). 从这猜测，SSN Office 弄错了，我是在第二次更新时之
前有Credit记录但不是Issue Date 应该是Update Date。去了SSN Office， 他们说不
是他们写的信息，应该找Bureau(Experian)，是他们写的信息。打电话去找 Bureau(
Experian），但根本没有客服接电话，全是自动服务。现在我应该怎么办,什么都没法
干了？
有没有人有相同经验的，能帮忙看看怎么办呀？ |

事情是这样的：
1. 因为打算买房子，所以上周去银行申请贷款，安惯例，银行check了我和太太的
credit report。在credit report，发现了一个比较严重的问题，关于我太太的信用记
录。
2. 我太太的信用记录上显示有其中一项“CBA Collection Bureau”，显示，10年9月
份，由city of milpitas 转给CBA Collection Bureau一张$139的帐单，这个账单在11
年10月份被pay清。因为这个事情相当于赖账，并且由追债公司讨还，三个信用公司当
中的两个将这件事情记录，并且极大的降低了我太太的信用分数（估计在100分左右）。
3. 在我们的记忆中，（1）没有发生过欠city of milpitas钱的事情，因为我们是从10

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
我一直觉得那个SF黄金时期的创作高峰,后来者很难翻越……

1. 一担谷子
一听谷子心一凉，惭愧五谷不分。一会儿翻成rice，一会儿翻成wheat……回来查字典
，一说millet（查中文是小米、黍，又去查黍……），一说unhusked/unhulled rice（
未脱壳的稻谷）。发言人说的是湖南江永的瑶族女人以前社会地位较高，有支配家产的
权力。有的结拜姐妹捐出十几担谷子，作为共同的基金用于投资。猜想是稻谷吧？“担
”我也没翻出来，回来查是picul，一担50公斤。我该上山下乡一趟……
2. 甲骨文
我翻成writings on the tortoise's shells，心里知道还有写在牛骨和其他骨头上的
，对不起殷墟了……回来查到甲骨的正式翻译是oracle bone，甲骨文可翻成
inscriptions on oracle bones。Oracle是西方的神谕，这不是一下子把考古学纳入神
话学了吗？不熟悉中国文化的人知道oracle bone是什么意思吗？甲骨文的另一种事实

1. 因为打算买房子，所以上周去银行申请贷款，安惯例，银行check了我和太太的
credit report。在credit report，发现了一个比较严重的问题，关于我太太的信用记
录。
2. 我太太的信用记录上显示有其中一项“CBA Collection Bureau”，显示，10年9月
份，由city of milpitas 转给CBA Collection Bureau一张$139的帐单，这个账单在11
年10月份被pay清。因为这个事情相当于赖账，并且由追债公司讨还，三个信用公司当
中的两个将这件事情记录，并且极大的降低了我太太的信用分数（估计在100分左右）。
3. 在我们的记忆中，（1）没有发生过欠city of milpitas钱的事情，因为我们是从10
年6月份才刚到湾区，以前在外州，刚开始的三个月也根本就没有去过milpitas, 欠
city的钱无从说起；（2）我们也没有被追债公司讨过债，也从来没有付过追债公司任
何钱，甚至都没有听说过啥是 "collection bureau"，那么这笔款项被付清也无从说起
；于是我们怀疑这个并不属于我们。
