every bank sends reports to ALL of three bureaus. So if you cannot find
your credit report from one bureau, try the other two.

previous deceased person who owned this SSN still had records in two credit
bureaus so banks' SSN shows up a different name. Go to SSN office to get a
official letter that the SSN is now in your name and then mail letter copy
to those two credit bureaus. |

果你收到collection agency的信时，他们需要validation,你就需要dispute，首先就
是disagree the charges (with certified mail) 如果他们call你，告诉他们你需要
所有的communication通过mail,如果他们还是call,那他们就违法了，其次要求给出
charge的明细账单，因为这是你的权利，他们告你，需要他们提供所有的材料来证明，
反之你拿出你可以defend的理由，反正就是不能ignore，如果他们不能validate这个
bill,他们是不会report to credit bureaus,如果要拿judgement,就一定要通过法庭。 |
