于是马上去三大credit company： TransUnion, Equifax , Experian 购买了report。
不仅没有发现问题，而且FICO分数都是750以上。
Discover告诉我他们的FICO是从TransUnion来的，让我去问TransUnion,结果
TransUnion说他们提供信息给Discover但是具体Discover的FICO要看他们自己如何算。
。。总之就是两家踢球。
Discover这张卡我用来交每个月的网费，而且auto pay，所以不可能欠账。。。
请问有没有人也遇到过这种情况呢？ |

同學們理解了排期之後，我們現在就可以排著隊去 USCIS 參觀參觀。看看 I-485 是怎
樣一個處理過程。
我們要去的這個中心即是赫赫有名，又臭名昭著的 Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
NSC, 又稱 Lincole 中心，位于地瘠民貧的 Nebraska. 由于該中心的辦公樓毗鄰繁忙
的鐵路樞紐（Amtrak 火車站僅在數百米之內），南來北往的火車噪音造成了該中心的
日益低下的效率。據 Michael Chertoff 的密友稱，USCIS 已有意將該中心挪至人煙稀
少的 Alaska，以期加速其工作進度。這是後話，暫且不提。
在這里，我們有幸地遇見了 F Gerard Heinauer 主任。同學們也許沒見過他，但名字

这是皮匠的博客里描述的邮件到NSC到给你发receipt之间的过程。里面步骤很多。日子
多点也是正常的。
“Mailroom 的 routine 之一，就是每天去邮局取信箱。鉴于人手的不足，目前只能每
天去取一次。但是，申请如果是直接寄到街道地址的，则是随送随收；申请者本人亲自
面送也是可以的。
Mailroom 是怎么 process 收到的申请的呢？申请一旦进了 mailroom 的大门，什么都
不说首先＂哐＂地盖个日戳，免得将来忘了是哪天收到的。然后按其收到的前后顺序进
行排列，常以月为单位。以后的处理，也是依此为序。
盖完了的申请，就被送到下一个工序，－－开包。所有的信封依照规定，都要三面裁开
，以免遗漏。拆开信封之后，检查申请费是否正确，表格是否签了名，移民资格是否通
过，优先日期是否当前，还有申请人是否在本辖区。倘若发现了任何一个＂否＂的答案
，就搁之一旁，准备退回。退件之前，这些申请将由 USCIS 的 Visa Officer (VO) 进
行确认以保无误。

如果夫妻双方都是中国公民、都没有美国绿卡，那中国政府应该是默认这个孩子是中国
公民，回国入境拿的是旅行证；如果有一方最少有绿卡，那孩子回国入境要持美国护照

，房东一般是告不赢的，只要你不缺席法庭，最不好的打算，房东在你缺席的情况下拿
到judgement,在纽约州不是7年，最多可以延至20年，如果你回国缺席了,将来再回美国
发现了这个judgement,你可以以当时不在美国为由做motion，要求vocate the default
judgement，一般都能批准，然后case go back to calendar,你可以defend，也可以

，所以在你跟他通信之间，一定要把话留有余地的说，一旦上庭，这些写出去的信就是
证据，如果collection agency不顾一切报上去呢，即便在你否认并且要求他们举证以
后没有达到共识，他们这样做是错误的，一般是不会的，如果真的会，你就需要上庭去

secured credit card, 跟你开户的银行申请，同时要跟银行确认这张卡会report到

Your better choice is to write a letter stating the statute of limitation,
and challenging the validity of their claim, and threatening litigation if
