delinquency to the credit bureaus, which could haunt your credit for years.
Go to the discussion board at creditnet.com, where you can find some handy
advices fighting CAs. At least you can stop them from telephoning you.
If there is no impact on your credit so far, you may also want to consider
paying
up to save the trouble. Is $50 really worth it? "IT IS NOT MY FAULT" won't get
you far if the case ends up in court. |

records (criminal records), # of derogatory (misdemeanors) will show up in
your credit history file from any of the major credit bureaus. Most banks
will refuse to extend credit if the number of such records is high (say >2).

收到信后我和A校联系,但是和主管这件事情的人打电话联系后,她让我发信解释,我发了
很多信要求waive the tuition debt. 对方从来不回信! 现在我的信用记录已经被毁了
,新的信用卡根本申请不到,而且我现在害怕collection agency sue我,请大家帮帮忙!
我现在有如下几个问题:
1, 是不是debt sold/assigned to the collection agency, 那末学校就不管了呢?
2, collection agency sue我的几率有多大?我只是在网上选了课,并没有去,我可以证
明在那个学期我在B校.
3, 如果被告了,会影响我的绿卡申请吗?
4, 我下面应该怎莫做? dispute to the three credit bureaus?

学校还是你的债主，不过COLLECTION AGENCY收到了钱后可以提成
2, collection agency sue我的几率有多大?我只是在网上选了课,并没有去,我可以证

这个要看那个学校的收费RULE是怎么样的。网上选了课但是没去，一般情况而言学校还
是会收你钱，因为学校不知道你去没去，所以一般的学校会要求你主动提出退课通知才
可以，而且这个也是有时间限制的。
3, 如果被告了,会影响我的绿卡申请吗?
一般不会，但是如果人家SUE你成功了，有了JUDGMENT了，如果能找到你的财产在哪里
（在那个银行，是否有车、房），还是可以强行执行JUDGMENT的
4, 我下面应该怎莫做? dispute to the three credit bureaus?
应该是和COLLECTION AGENCY去讲清你的情况（为什么学校不应该收你钱），如果没有
道理可讲，你就耍赖说自己是穷学生没钱，可以的法可以OFFER少量的钱SETTLE了事， |

不过有一件事情需要提醒大家。就是我当时是按照官网来提供的材料。等到圣诞节
前夕，收到邮件要求我提供公证件，我原以为是按照版上以前说的，随机只抽查毕业证
的公证件，但是我被要求提供两样，毕业证和国内护士执照的公证件。所以如果人在国
内的MM来之前最好把两样公证都做了。当然在美国也可以做。可是对方提出的要求大家
一定要看清。底下我附上了这封信关于翻译公证的要求。我当时是在法拉盛一家移民公
司做的。并且把这封信给工作人员看了。他们是按照第一条来做的

搜狐百度这样的热门股就算了。几分钱的皮包公司股也算了。我们大家研究研究相对冷
门一点的，价值明显被低估的中概股，看看能不能挖掘出几个2X,5X，10X.呵呵。
我说几条：
1. 价格在$1到$15左右，太贵了就不好翻倍了。
2. 最好是做实业的，务虚的公司太难评估
3. 这次金融危机中被搞得很惨尚未恢复的
4. 目前是盈利的，且PE是很低的
5. 公司所在板块应该跟中国发展正相关，有炒作前景的
炒这一类股票除了要做基本的FA分析，还有就是要耐心等机会，一定要等到很低位的抛
售价，才买入，然后就比较捂得住。一旦没抓住，飞了，就绝不去追。所以，我想，大
