宜merlot也成，主要是剩下的还可以做pasta sauce, meet loaf什么的。有的菜谱里要
用白葡萄酒，目前还没专门去买过，都是家里现成的，逢年过节的时候人送的，我们都
不怎么喝，所以与其浪费了，还不如做菜。
Alton Brown有一集里专门说如何选红酒做菜，4个指标里选，忘了是哪4个指标了，跟
酸度，body什么的有关。选做菜的红酒和用来喝的不大一样，价钱是一个考虑因素，但
是complement味道可能是更主要的。 |
