实际上，burn down如果作为一个原则列出的话需要很多条件的，我想这就是为什么美
国和英国的防火协会没有正式将其作为原则列出。
始作作者回复中所用的策略一词还是可以接受，实际中，是否采取burn down策略，很
难操作，尤其是天津爆炸事件，如果任其爆炸完，那就很有可能连几百吨有毒化学品全
炸开，而且仓储区里居民区并不太远，隔离措施也不完善。那时老将又会有话说，指挥
员指挥不力，消防员胆小怕死，等等。

之前版上有谁说z没有torque，还没什么感觉，四季胎4500 rpm就可以burn out了。因
为抓地原因，我试过最多只能4000起步，这样grip loss最少(再低就更没torque了)。
上了两个gforce的drag光头胎，可现在问题是，即使拉到6k，也只能转一点，烟都不出
，胎热不起来啊，怎么办? 而且z似乎也有什么啥车over ride油门，一般磨胎都是带着
刹车，可z不行。
今天试了3.5k~5.5k区间，500间隔的不同转速，发现5k起步最快，一档滑动也少，不滑
之后转速落到4k，不会损失太多。虽然赢了两个fox body的5.0野马和一个4.6的sn95野
马，可时间并没快多少啊。。。

and you don't see a dermatologist for burns. people often go directly to ER.
if the burn area is red. then not much to do other than protecting the skin
from trauma.
if there are blisters and the area is small and you don't want to go thru
ER, you can apply on it some otc antibiotic cream/ointment. you should also
wrap it carefully with bandage to protect from further trauma. if the blister
breaks, just put on some |

周二周五，力量 （腿，手臂）配合有氧
周三 周六我做total body burn 42分钟那个版本
连力量的时候我都是 先15分钟有氧 力量结束30分钟有氧
周日休息 total body burn 我感觉消耗蛮厉害的 每次 全身湿透
我是不是做的太多了 我应该保持现在一周两次还是改为一周一次？ 希望有人指点一下

dodge makes pic lighter. These are two very useful tools.
Burn--in dark room, give light to part of the picture, so it gets darker.
Dodge-in dark roon, use sth to prevent light falling on part of the pic,
