(my daughter's case)
first 3 months were nightmare for me. I usually put her on shoulder (like
burp position) for whole night. It looks like she can sleep well in this way

昨天晚上更加夸张，吃完奶拍睡着放到了crib里面，一个晚上不停地手脚乱动，扭来扭
去，哼哼唧唧，请问会是什么问题？Gas/Reflux?

如果吃得急，可以考虑拍嗝拍勤快点，不要等全喂完再拍？
溢奶也是正常的吧，不知道是不是男宝，据说男宝特别容易吐奶
喂奶只要latch on正确，不大容易吃进空气的，关键是嘴唇都要往外翻
latch on了以后，妈妈用手指把宝宝的下巴皮肤往下拉，让下嘴唇外翻，上嘴唇也可以
通过拉皮肤矫正。只要都外翻，一般不容易吃进空气。拍嗝的话各种姿势都试着拍拍，
有时候胸喂结束，把宝宝pick up，整个往上提，宝宝就会burp，都不需要拍。
最后最后：超级羡慕奶牛妈妈呀，多pump，保持奶量！祝休息好早日开始enjoy你的新

baby's belly. As long as the gas is out and baby's body is warm, it should

to take care of the newborn. Every 2 hours you need to nurse for
20+ minutes, change diaper, burp and huddle for 10+ minutes, and
this goes on and on, around the clock. You can hardly sleep, so

get some rest. |

last two months. Now, they dont spit up often but they are having silent
reflux (they will cry when they are on bed and we have to pick them up to
burp). They also fart a lot.
The doctor suggested that we try gripe water. I bought one yesterday,
but I am not sure how to use it. I have several questions.
