发帖数: 36302 | 8 HISNDALE最贵的肯定没HP贵。要不MJ不会住HP了。HINSDALE这边只有ANTHONY WALKER和
BO JACKSON（都在BURR RIDGE住）。这就差点意思了。
但是HINSDALE没有什么TH，小房子也不多。起价比较高。
好像整个HISNDALE都没有CONDO，也没有TH。供出租的APT只有有限几座。
WESTMONT属于HISNDALE学区那一块倒是有些TH。 |

west elementary， 而且Asian 比例比较高，有14%。不知道这2个学校相比较怎么样

数学生都是走路上学的。
但是HINSDALE SOUTH高中，确实很多学生都是开豪车上学的，那个学校风气差点意思。
SOUTH的很多学生是住BURR RIDGE的。那的豪宅更大， |

Hinsdale一起，小学和中学和Burr Ridge一起。占了这两个富人区的两个好学校。
大致在WILLOWBROOK的Plainfield 以北的区域 |

附近的那些房，一看比HISNDALE的要高出一个层次。当然HISNDALE杂七杂八的也有一些
大点的房。
其实住那的人估计根本不在乎学区的，孩子肯定送私立了。 |

发帖数: 36302 | 14 学区来说，GLEN ELLYN也不错，房价也适合，如果你在22街上班，从BUTTERFIELD路过
去很快，比NAPERVILLE还近。
WESTMONT，LOMBARD，DARIEN，DOWNERS GROVE的学校差点。
HISNDALE，BURR RIDGE的房价和OAKBROOK一样贵，Clarendon Hill稍微便宜一点。
不过在OAKBROOK上班很多都是做FINANCIAL的，应该比较有米，HISNDALE说是很贵，其
实现在70多万就应该可以买到还可以的房。那里现在FORECLOSURE的房子很多。 |

题。很多人搬到郊区就是为了找个好的社区环境raise family,住个大点的房子，让孩
子上个好一些的学校。好的学区也基本是这些大house的地产税support起来的。
如果在redfin.com上search最近几年>3500尺 & >$500K(地产税基本一万四五以上）成
交的房子。你会发现好的社区和好的学区基本是高度一致。
北郊的new trier 覆盖了kenilworth, wilmette, glencoe; Stevenson 涵盖了buffalo
grove, long grove,lincholnshire;北郊其它nice社区和学区重合的还有highland
park, lake forest, deerfield, northbrook...
西郊主要就四个区域：hinsdale central covers hinsdale, oak brook; hinsdale

countryside, la grange一带感觉老黑老墨挺多的，小孩千万别去那里上学。普通居住
么，大概没什么大问题。你可以查一下犯罪率。 |

郊区开车上班1个小时内的主要考虑la grange, burr ridge 和elmhurst这三个区，预
算范围内的SFH都又老又小，TH可以选出一些。

发帖数: 36302 | 31 住HINSDALE，开车走OGDEN进城的话就是30分钟，OAKBROOK 31街进城的话也是30分钟。
我有一天下午从城里回来，走LOCAL，就是一直跟着一辆CL550从城里一直跟到他在BURR
RIDGE PLAINFIELD路边那个估计价值千万以上的豪宅。
HINSDALE CENTRAL的ASIAN比例比HINSDALE 小学初中的比例高太正常了，因为很多
ASIAN住在WESTMONT或是其他便宜的TOWN，高中也属于HINSDALE CENTRAL。
但是小学不算。
HINSDALE有些片的小学ASIAN确实很少，因为你从那些街道过，就看不到有亚洲人住在
那。 |

昨天秋高气爽，阳光明媚，天气不暖和，我去了burr pond SP散步。
开了好远才来到BPSP，虽然路上山峦起伏，但是我始终保持匀速，尽量地节省了汽油消
耗；我为我的低碳生活态度而自豪。
这里有山有水有树木，有狗有鸟有活人，好一派生机盎然的最后景象。
我沿着湖边走了半圈，因为另外半圈过不去。
虽然阳光普晒，但是秋风冷冷，我时尚的小马甲挡不住秋意袭来，只得仓皇逃离。
总之，这次郊游很尽兴。 |

超過一百二十五個造型各異、色彩鮮艷的熱氣球，肯定讓觀眾驚呼連連不虛此行。除了

increase awareness of the disease. While most people are aware of breast
