calendar date，就有2次，因为银行的mail 被post office 放错了地方，交晚了，所
以房东叫我第二天补交了新的别的check， 两天后就把我银行寄给她的那张void了还给
了我。
两次类似情况，都是按她的要求，第二天立马就当面付给了她新的check. 一直都说没
事，当面都说的挺好，搬家前也电话说要还全部的deposit，但今天收到check说扣了我
2次late fee， 每次10%的房租。
感觉被她的好言好语骗了，完全没有想到会这样。。。
怎么办呢？我查看了lease，上面只写了day, lease 上的”Day”没有专门说明，是指
calendar还是是business day 呢？ 我可以用我是在business day 没有late 来去
small case court 要回来我的钱吗？

刚入职的工程师，除了面试和做presentation时穿西装外，平时都穿business casual
，那么business casual具体指什么？
包括休闲裤(Slacks)或卡其布裤(khakis)，正式衬衫(dress shirt)或女士上衣(blouse
)，开领衬衫(open-collar shirt)或polo衫(polo shirt)，可选择戴领带或者穿着季节

我现在是在金融机构做data analyst，skill set主要
就是sql和sas，加上统计科班出生，学过machine learning,短时间应该可以加强一下。
我个人总结了一下这一类职位可能会问到问题有下面几种：
1. business case。类似于consulting firm的面试
2. statistics/probability。比如说简单的方差分布，假设检验，回归分析
3. Machine Learning。简单的话谈谈对logistic regression,svm,decision tree的了
解，再深入的话感觉BA应该不会问到
4. SQL。这个肯定是会重点考察的
5. 算法题。这个应该data scientist才会考吧？
6. BI TOOL。因为是在BI组，会不会考对microstrategy, tableau,甚至是EXCEL VBA的
了解呢？

MBA主要focus on marketing 和 statistics， 期间有帮老师做一些research
projects。
我本人喜欢problem solving，technical一类工作，本科国内自学C语言，拿过二级
证书。 所以career 的方向就想结合business 和 programming的技能，data/business
analyst的工作比较适合我。 目前在自学SQL，Python 和 JAVA，近期能够拿到
coursera上面的specialization。 我自学能力比较强，而且对于programming的学习感
觉自己有点common sense，能比较快的掌握技巧。 MBA期间做过一些marketing plan，
可以很好的融入到team environment中。

是按照版里说的，填self employed，但是他问我的公司经营状况等。1-2星期，未果。
昨晚，又打来电话，要SSN/Driver licence/utility bill复印件，再拿到银行确认身
份/地址什么的，在fax给他们。
我想问：
1。utility bill是roommate的名字，是不是必须要改成我的名字？还是他的名字+我们
的住房合同，上面标明我也住在这里？
2。只要按照他说的准备材料，就会重新开卡？
3。如果材料不齐，比如没有utility bill，他会cancel我的business卡？我的另一张
，正在使用的personal卡，会不会有影响？
4。他会不会觉得我申请时候的资料填写有出入，明明没有公司，还编了一个地址申请
business卡？然后将此事上报credit bureau?

LD成功申到了个人卡，也是instant approve，但是昨天试了下business被秒据了，说
信用记录不够长（来美不到一年），以及最近申卡太多。奇怪的是我最近申了freedom，personal
，LD申的跟我一样的，这几张卡都approve了。估计还是第一张卡时间不够长（10个月左右）的原因吧
申请business的时候，选择已有spg number，并且填了申请完personal后amex给的那个spg号。
