diversity program的资料，我研究了不少相关信息。
你可以通过www.sba.gov的连接找到regional agency进行certification.注册要完成一
些列的手续，有一定的费用，当然好处是增加exposure。其实self-certified也是可以
的，只是你公司做宣传的时候要和客户说明。
Small Business之下还有各类更细的分项，比如Small Minority Owned business,
Women owned business,etc.注重supplier diversity的公司，对于各个分项的
diversity supplier spend都有一定的指标。 |

下，同事考GMAT及积累申请的资本。不知道商科的教授们会不会单独招research
assistant？
另外，我有上过医学、统计学和心理学的课程，对和healthcare有关的方向比较感兴趣
，这些一般都在什么样的专业方向之下呢？

其他的Business Analyst做很多excel，开很多会，也不比developer轻松。
完全不写代码是不是说明你的工作完全不需要重复？如果有很多重复的部分，个人感觉
头几个月攒一攒数据接口，分析代码等等下面日子会轻松很多。
另外，Business Analyst的career path，我不太清楚，楼主有兴趣讨论讨论吗？ |

从计算机前沿技术的角度看，这些专业软件简直就是史前文物一样
什么深度学习和移动应用根本没有，但是市场很大
(还算有吧，其实也不大，看你怎么看了)
本版大牛随便写一个应该能秒了现有的东西
不过怎么打进现有的市场形成竞争是个问题
各位版友与其看区块链是热点还是深度学习是热点，
不如在business方面下点功夫，找到合适的销售搭档
卖软件应该不难
无论是深度学习还是区块链，应用市场都是很大的
但是跟风学技术靠做码农卖体力，实在也就是那么回事了
运气成分也很大
远不如着眼business方面
尼玛，现在能识别发票的财务软件都很少，别说用区块链记账对账的了
各位码农要是能做一个有区块链功能的财务软件，
有点business能力，应该竞争力蛮大的
当然码农做生意实在是性格不适合，包括我自己，所以我也知道说了也许是白说 |

Someone was convicted of bribery. The state took the money as evidence.
After the conviction, he assigned the money to someone else. Is the
assignment valid? If so, can the assignee sue the state for poccession of
the money?

1。银行账号是business account, 如果是签字人，必须要签字人的ssn.
2. 不允许非签字人签写支票，签字需要在银行备案。
3。钱是通过银行的law department 按照旧金山的一个police (or marshall office)
的命令取走的，当时他们说得比较含糊，说我可以直接同他们的law dept联系，不过好
像周末没有人接电话。
4。他们说他们没有什么办法，让我同警方联系。
版上有旧金山湾区的律师么？能联系一下么？怎么这么倒霉，看到有些人说我把别人当
作签字人就要负责，那岂不是我就不能找经理了，经理总得是支票账户的签字人吧。我
开的是账户时他们的small business account. 两万元对我来说挺多的，还是很想拿回
来的。

choice than BA, if you can do and are not against serious coding.(assuming
both in FO related team such as trading platform)
Indeed BA has better exposure to business than developer but the chance
someone in business like you and hire you to his team is pretty low in
current market. It's like gambling.
If you are good developer and have business sense, you can switch your
