如果你在美国旅行就会发现一个很有趣的现象，那就是城郊（suburb）的房地产远
比市中心（downtown）的房地产值钱。这是美国特有的现象，为什么？
答案很简单：有钱的美国白人逃离越来越多黑人聚集的市中心，这种现象被称为
White Flight。
美国不是唯一的例子，第二个例子是南非。南非在白人执政的时候，约翰内斯堡是
一个非常漂亮的城市，市区有精致的文化，美好的餐厅、艺术品、娱乐场、购物店．．

Independence Square in the Ukrainian capital Kiev on Wednesday, the U.S.
embassy said, and an opposition leader said she talked to protesters.

Assuming 4 people per family, in China,it's 85 motor vehicles per 250
families (or 0.34 per family). This includes all motor vehicles including
trucks, buses, taxi, etc. So the actual number would be much lower, perhaps
0.2 cars per family. I know what you are going to say: I am talking about
cities. Oh yeah right. You said in China, you did not say in Chinese cities.
