来来回回论证了好几天，把结果分析一些
ETF 优点：
1. low ER and avoid some fee(VFWIX 0.25%， VEIEX 0.5%，I know it is not load
)
2. 现在zero commission到处都是，discount broker大约$5/trade
3. buy and sell any time (缺点)
ETF 缺点：
1. 小额投资没法dollar cost average
2. bid ask spread，commission cost
3. someone have problem reinvest dividend
4. zero commission可能随时消失
