全新房间带独立卫生间，近法拉盛（10分钟bus），近7号地铁站（走路10分钟左右，坐
车5分钟，屋门口busstop），交通购物方便，室友为在读研究生（女生），安静干净，
社区安全清净不拥挤不吵闹，有车位停车非常方便，出租房间在二楼，光线好，有简易
家具，木地板，无线高速上网，共用厨房炊具客厅沙发电视。
现短租到3月底，随时可入住。学生优先。

1。前后没挂plate
2。后面没挂plate
3。speeding，被抓了3次，罚了2次
4。停在busstop大半天吃了3张ticket，argue掉2张
5。右转没打灯
6。晚上没开车灯，被警告1次
7。oneway逆行，被警告1次
6，7是在一个小镇，民风淳朴~
最近2年都没吃ticket了,人品太好了-_-||| |
